WWE Clash At The Castle 2024 venue and date officially announced

WWE has been hosting international premium live events and major live shows across the globe more often in recent times. In 2023, most of the promotion’s premium live events are hosted in an international venue with a vision to expand the company globally in all parts of the world. WWE has booked a lot of international events this year and has been confirming the venues for the PLE’s one by one.

WWE hosted its first International PLE of 2024, Elimination Chamber in Perth, Western Australia and also confirmed a number of International PLE’s including, ‘Bash in Berlin’ in Berlin, Germany on August 31, 2024, Backlash 2024 in France, Backlash 2024 in Paris, France on May 4, 2024. Following which WWE announced yet another major international PLE in the United Kingdom with its venue and date.

WWE Clash At The Castle 2024

WWE has officially announced that the WWE Clash At The Castle 2024 will be hosted at the OVO Hydro in Glasgow, Scotland on June 15, 2024 (Saturday). WWE has officially revealed the poster for the show featuring the home favorite Drew McIntyre, Cody Rhodes, Jey Uso, Bianca Belair & Jade Cargill. This is the second Clash at the Castle PLE hosted in the United Kingdom and the first Premium Live Event in Scotland.

WWE also confirmed that the June 14, 2024 episode of Friday Night SmackDown will also be hosted in the same venue a day before Clash at the Castle. The company has officially opened the exclusive presale registration.

WWE President Nick Khan in the press release said, “We are excited to bring both Friday Night SmackDown and Clash At The Castle: Scotland to our amazing fans in Scotland at the OVO Hydro in Glasgow this June. The world will see that this is one of the UK’s best venues and Scottish crowds are some of the loudest, craziest and most passionate on the planet.”

A number of WWE Superstars are from Scotland including Drew McIntyre, Alba Fyre, Isla Dawn, Piper Niven, Nikki Cross, Joe Coffey, Mark Coffey, Wolfgang & Naom Dar. They are mentioned in the press release which seems like they could potentially be a part of the PLE.
