Christmas is a time for movies that bring joy, laughter, and a little bit of nostalgia. WWE star CM Punk recently shared his top five Christmas movies, and it’s clear that he enjoys a mix of humor, action and classic holiday charm. These are the films he loves to watch on repeat during the festive season:
First on his list is Gremlins. This quirky classic combines Christmas cheer with mischievous chaos, making it a perfect pick for those who enjoy a bit of fun and frights during the holidays.
Then there’s Die Hard. For CM Punk, it’s a holiday staple. The action-packed thriller set on Christmas Eve never fails to deliver excitement. Next up is The Nightmare Before Christmas. This Tim Burton masterpiece blends Halloween and Christmas uniquely and magically.
Punk also enjoys watching Christmas Story, a heartwarming and funny tale about a young boy’s quest for the perfect gift which is a Red Ryder BB gun. Rounding out his list is Christmas Vacation, a comedy gem that captures the chaos and hilariousness of family gatherings during the holidays.
While Punk’s love for Christmas movies gives us a peek into his festive side, he’s far from slowing down in the wrestling world. Fresh off his intense feud with Drew McIntyre, Punk has shifted his focus to Seth Rollins. Their rivalry has been brewing since Punk’s return at WWE Survivor Series 2023, and it’s heating up as they prepare to face each other during the inaugural WWE Raw on Netflix this January.

Speaking about Rollins at a recent event, Punk shared his thoughts on why their feud feels inevitable. He described it as a clash of two strong personalities who, in a way, have no equals in the business. “The locker room is only so big; it can only fit so many egos,” Punk said, hinting at the competitive tension between them.
As the holidays approach, fans can enjoy CM Punk’s movie recommendations and gear up for what promises to be an unforgettable showdown in the ring. And while you’re celebrating, let us know your favorite Christmas movies in the comments!
