The Blue Brand will feature some interesting storylines tonight!

The October 31 edition of WWE Friday Night SmackDown is set to take place at the Delta Center in Salt Lake City, Utah.

It will be the go-home edition for the upcoming Saturday Night’s Main Event show, taking place the day after, and it has top stars like Tiffany Stratton, Nia Jax, Carmelo Hayes, and Cody Rhodes advertised for the event. In light of recent events on the blue brand, here are five storylines to watch out for on tonight’s show:

5. MFTs come after the Wyatt Sicks

The last few weeks on Friday Night SmackDown have seen the two formidable factions, Solo Sikoa‘s MFTs and Uncle Howdy’s Wyatt Sicks, cross paths on some occasions. With Wyatt holding the WWE Tag Team Championships, the MFTs could make another move this week on the blue brand in their possible pursuit of the title.

4. Ilja Dragunov’s next opponent for the US title

Ilja Dragunov’s return to SmackDown made a huge impact as he defeated Sami Zayn for the WWE United States Championship two weeks ago. Much like last week, he will continue Zayn’s valour as champion and host another US title open challenge, so it will be interesting to see who his opponent will be.

3. Jade Cargill’s first appearance as a heel

Jade Cargill is done playing nice and unleashed her wrath on Tiffany Stratton last week on SmackDown. This week, the fans are set to witness her first appearance as a heel heading into her WWE Women’s title match against Stratton at Saturday Night’s Main Event, which will be a sight not to miss.

2. Zelina Vega & Aleister Black continue their alliance

The wrestling world was shocked to finally see the real-life husband-wife duo of Zelina Vega and Aleister Black align on WWE SmackDown two weeks ago. The fans might witness yet another appearance from the unorthodox couple this week, who are seemingly ready to take over the blue brand.

Cody Rhodes is set to defend his Undisputed WWE Championship against Drew McIntyre at WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event. The duo will have a final face-off a day before their high-stakes match on SmackDown, which might end in another physical encounter.
