WWE Bad Blood will be soon reaching its destination

WWE Bad Blood 2024 is all set to premiere on the 5th of October, live from Atlanta, Georgia. This year, Bad Blood is replacing the traditional Hell in a Cell pay-per-view with the returning Premium Live Event (PLE), marking its comeback after a hiatus of almost twenty years.

The pay-per-view, Bad Blood, is almost synonymous with iconic debuts, as the very first Bad Blood, which took place all the way back in 1997, featured one of the greatest WWE Hell in a Cell matches of all time between Shawn Michaels and The Undertaker, ended with the debut of The Big Red Machine, Kane, which is still considered one of the greatest debuts of all time.

This year’s Bad Blood is stacked with marquee matches between Roman Reigns and Cody Rhodes teaming up to take on Solo Sikoa and Jacob Fatu, as well as Gunther taking on Sami Zayn for the World Heavyweight Championship, and three high-stakes grudge matches between the likes of Rhea Ripley and Liv Morgan, Finn Balor and Damian Priest, and the Hell in a Cell encounter between CM Punk and Drew McIntyre.

With such a stacked match card, there are lots of rumors about potential debuts that we might get to see at the PLE. Here are 6 debuts that can happen at Bad Blood 2024:

Motor City Machine Guns

The popular tag team duo from TNA, consisting of Chris Sabin and Alex Shelley, together known as The Motor City Machine Guns, are heavily rumored to be making their WWE debut soon. And even though it’s not likely that WWE will skip NXT to directly debut them in the main roster, there is still a chance we can see the tag team skip NXT and directly make their main roster debut at Bad Blood 2024.

Gallus

The faction consisting of Joe Coffey, Mark Coffey, and Wolfgang, who have helped The Rock prepare for his match at WrestleMania 40, are still in NXT, and they have been there for a while now.

It seems that the time for their main roster debut has been long overdue, and with Drew McIntyre facing CM Punk inside Hell in a Cell, this could be a nice way to debut them in the main roster, with Drew McIntyre securing his win against Punk with help from Gallus, who share the same Scottish blood. Having Drew McIntyre as their leader will also immediately elevate them to the main event scene in WWE.

Stephanie Vaquer

Stephanie Vaquer was one of the major signings in the women’s division made by WWE in the last few months. She is yet to make her NXT debut as of yet; however, she has already had two untelevised matches at live events in Mexico.

Even though it’s not likely that WWE will directly debut her in the main roster, skipping past NXT, but maybe there is a chance that they feel she is ready for the main roster and debut her directly in Bad Blood PLE. But chances are negligible, as there isn’t the right storyline available for her to fit in at the current landscape of the main roster.

Lucha Bros

Former AEW Tag Team Champions, Lucha Bros, have been written off AEW Television for a while now, and at this point, it is all but confirmed that they are WWE-bound.

And with the amount of legitimacy associated with their names, it would make a lot of sense for them to skip NXT and directly become a part of the main roster.

If that is to happen, and if their contracts permit it, debuting them at a PLE like Bad Blood will instantaneously make them a huge deal, and it might be the right decision too.

The only problem is that Lucha Bros, with their gimmick, would fit right in with LWO or Legado Del Fantasma, none of which are advertised to be in the event.

Joe Hendry

Joe Hendry was unsuccessful in his attempt to capture the NXT Championship from Ethan Page at NXT No Mercy. He hasn’t shown up on NXT ever since, but that does not mean that he won’t be making any future appearances in the brand as well.

He has said in multiple promos that he can appear at any show, which is clearly a main roster debut tease. We still think that he might be taking a spot in the Royal Rumble and won’t show up before that, but WWE might want to strike while the iron is still hot and make him show up at Bad Blood itself, but chances are once again significantly low.

Hikuleo

Out of all the debuts, this one is more than just exaggerated speculations and has a real good chance of actually happening in Bad Blood 2024.

The signing of Hikuleo to WWE was confirmed around the same time as Jacob Fatu, and he is still waiting to make his much-anticipated main roster debut.

Survivor Series is just around the corner, and this might just be the perfect time for him to make his main roster debut.

He can make his debut during or after the match between Cody Rhodes and Roman Reigns vs Jacob Fatu and Solo Sikoa, helping The New Bloodline stand tall without necessarily making Roman Reigns and Cody Rhodes look weak.
