The Scottish Psychopath kicked off the year with a match in the Raw Netflix debut episode

‘The Scottish Psychopath’ Drew McIntyre had one of the best years of his WWE career in 2024, which started off with a loss against the then World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins. He ultimately captured the title defeating Rollins at WrestleMania 40.

However, McIntyre’s 2024 was solidified as one of his best with an era-defining feud with CM Punk which featured three matches and captivated audiences. Following his return in December, Drew targeted the members of the OG Bloodline and ambushed Sami Zayn and Jey Uso.

This feud carried forward in 2025, where after defeating Sami Zayn and continuing his undefeated streak against the Canadian star, McIntyre targeted Jey Uso. The two stars collided in the WWE Raw Netflix debut episode which emanated from the Intuit Dome in Inglewood, California on January 6.

McIntyre was also undefeated against ‘Main Event’ Jey Uso but his undefeated streak was shattered in the debut show as Jey rolled up Drew and secured a win handing the Scottish Psychopath his first loss of 2025.

McIntyre’s losing streak continued as he once again suffered defeat against Seth Rollins, the same way he lost to Jey via a roll-up. However, despite the losses Drew was dominating in both those matches which proved the losses were a fluke and Drew did not lose his edge.

The Scottish Psychopath recorded his first win against Sami Zayn in the 01/27 episode of Monday Night Raw. The win also continued his undefeated streak against Zayn.

After a disappointing Royal Rumble performance, the Scottish Warrior bounced back with a win in a triple-threat match against LA Knight and Jimmy Uso in the 02/07 episode of Friday Night SmackDown. This was the men’s Elimination Chamber Qualifying match and McIntyre won to qualify for the men’s Chamber match the next month.
