CM Punk and Drew McIntyre have been having a longtime rivalry for almost a year and the tensions between them kept the rivalry more interesting week after week. Drew McIntyre won the first match against Punk at SummerSlam. Following that Punk took revenge on Drew by winning the strap match.
As most of them thought the rivalry was over, it drove us to the third match, where Punk & McIntyre are expected to settle their rivalry inside the Hell in a Cell match at Bad Blood 2024. As the match is around the corner, here are the top five feuds for CM Punk after ending his rivalry against Drew McIntyre & WWE Bad Blood 2024.
5. Bron Breakker
Bron Breakker is one of the super-powerful and dominant wrestlers on the Raw roster, who likes to be in the spotlight. Breakker couldn’t tolerate when he gets overshadowed by some other star in the company. Since Breakker lost the title and Punk ie near ending his rivalry, both could pursue the world title next and could catch up with the heated rivalry between them. Breakker working with Punk could elevate his career to the top card, irrespective of the results.
4. Judgment Day
CM Punk was caught spending time with the Terror Twins backstage on a number of occasions through social media posts. The backstage friendship could be carried out on screen, as Punk could join hands with Damian Priest, Rhea Ripley & Jey Uso to feud against The Judgment Day. Punk joining forces with Terror Twins could equalize Judgment Day’s number of games and could take their feud to the War Games match at Survivor Series.

3. John Cena
Punk and John Cena had a great rivalry a decade ago and made one of the most entertaining storylines together. Punk gained the spotlight after his feud with Cena in 2011. However, they didn’t have a major rivalry then. Since John Cena announced his retirement tour, Punk has been teasing a one last match with Cena, before he winds up.
Punk spoke about the potential match both on screen and in the backstage interviews. We may never see Cena vs Punk again, if WWE failed to book the match between the two. Hence, Punk could face Cena after ending his rivalry with McIntyre at Hell in a Cell.
2. Seth Rollins
CM Punk vs Seth Rollins is one of the dream rivalries, which WWE has sowed seed on the very first night of Punk’s WWE return. They trashed each other in the mic and were also scheduled to have a match earlier this year at WrestleMania 40, however, the match got scrapped due to Punk’s tricep injury.
Although plans got scrapped, the teasing of the feud hasn’t settled yet. Rollins refereed the Punk vs McIntyre match at SummerSlam, where Punk performed a GTS on Rollins. The following week on Raw, Rollins and Punk tried to tear each other apart, but Punk got busy with Drew and Rollins was taken out by Bronson Reed. As Punk is set to end his feud with Drew and Rollins is expected to return soon, this could be the next feud for Punk.
1. Gunther
After Punk defeated Drew Mcintyre at Bash in Berlin, he revealed that he will be coming for the world title. The following week on Raw, Punk cut a promo against Gunther calling him for a world championship match. Although Punk teased going after Gunther for the title, Drew wasn’t done with Punk, which resulted in a Hell in a Cell match at Bad Blood. Based on past actions, there are high chances that the second city saint could go after Gunther for the World Heavyweight Championship.
