Vince McMahon registered three limited liability companies in Connecticut!
According to a report by Wrestlenomics in May, the public filings show that former WWE Chairman, Vince McMahon, registered three limited liability companies in Connecticut back on September 20, 2024.
Vince McMahon has launched a new business venture, forming an investment firm called 14TH & I, pursuing opportunities in sports, media, and entertainment.
The report revealed that all three entities were originally created in Delaware and share the same principal office address in Stamford, Connecticut. Vince McMahon is listed as the managing member of two of them, while 14TH & I Holdings is designated as a member of the remaining entities
The three LLC’s are listed below:
- 14TH & I Holdings LLC
- 14TH & I Investments LLC
- 14TH & I Management LLC
Wrestlenomics also noted that the name of the firm appears to be a location of historical significance for Vince and the Stamford-based promotion.
A 2006 article on WWE.com noted that the Capitol Wrestling Corporation, the predecessor to WWE, had its headquarters located at the corner of 14th and I Streets in Washington, D.C., around the 1950s and 1960s, when the company was owned by McMahon’s father, Vincent J. McMahon.
A recent trademark filing has seemingly revealed the logo of 14TH & I Holdings

On July 7, the former WWE Chairman filed a trademark for the image below, representing his new private investment firm. The filing also confirmed earlier reports, indicating that 14th & I’s focus will be on goods and services. The filling stated:

Private equity fund investment services; financial services, namely, management of private equity funds, private equity fund investment services, and financial portfolio management
Entertainment services, namely, production and development of scripted television and digital programming
