CM Punk’s removal from WWE’s upcoming European Summer Tour has sparked heavy speculation about his future with the company.

CM Punk has reportedly been pulled from advertising for WWE’s upcoming European Summer Tour, leading fans to question whether the former World Heavyweight Champion could be stepping away from the company once again.

Social media speculation intensified after reports suggested that WWE’s parent company, TKO Group Holdings, has encouraged several top stars to accept pay cuts as part of broader financial restructuring efforts.

That immediately fueled theories that Punk may not be aligned with management regarding his current contract situation, especially given the likelihood that he is among WWE’s highest-paid stars. However, despite the online chatter, there is currently no official confirmation that Punk has left WWE.

The timing of Punk’s disappearance has raised eyebrows for several reasons. Following his loss to Roman Reigns at WrestleMania 42, Punk strongly hinted that he would remain active on WWE programming.

The company even teased a possible future feud with Cody Rhodes, though nothing has materialized since then.

Instead, Punk has quietly vanished from television while also being removed from advertising for the European tour.

Still, there are several possible explanations beyond backstage conflict. Punk maintained an intense schedule leading into WrestleMania, and some believe he may simply be taking time off or recovering from lingering injuries before returning to television.

Importantly, CM Punk remains tentatively advertised for multiple future episodes of WWE Raw, including the July 6 show at the Allstate Arena in Chicago, his hometown. He is also still listed for RAW events in Dallas, Detroit, Los Angeles, and Des Moines later this summer.

CM Punk recently discussed retirement plans

Earlier this year, Punk openly reflected on how much longer he expects to wrestle.

“When I was 15, if you asked me if I’d be wrestling when I was 40, I would tell you ‘No, that’s crazy. 40 is so old,’” Punk said.

“I’m 47, and I don’t feel old yet.”

Punk went on to explain that he likely sees age 50 as the point where he should “gracefully bow out,” while praising John Cena for the way he handled retirement.

“I’m still having fun operating at a high level, no matter what anybody says, and until I can’t contribute, I still will,” Punk added.

For now, that statement remains the clearest indication that Punk still intends to wrestle, even if his immediate WWE future remains uncertain.

Has CM Punk officially left WWE?

No, there is currently no official confirmation that CM Punk has left WWE.

Why was CM Punk removed from WWE’s European tour advertising?

The exact reason is unknown, though speculation includes possible time off, injury recovery, or contract-related discussions.
