Drew McIntyre made a promise to CM Punk for WWE Bad Blood 2024

WWE put on a massive display for Monday Night RAW (September 23), as the days wind down to Bad Blood PLE. CM Punk and Drew McIntyre will face off in a Hell in a Cell bout at that event. Even though they aren’t headlining, the two will attract a lot of attention at Atlanta’s State Farm Arena.

Drew McIntyre appeared on WWE RAW on September 23, and he had a lot to say ahead of his Hell in a Cell bout at Bad Blood on October 5. He began his promo by stating that his wife had asked him not to go through with the Hell in a Cell bout.

McIntyre then pledged that he would make him bleed profusely, as well as make him experience more agony and sorrow than ever before. Drew brought up CM Punk’s promo from last week’s RAW when he referred to himself as the devil. Drew stated that Punk is not a “god-like figure, you’re just a man.”

But, this wasn’t the main issue many fans were confused about why CM Punk didn’t appear on WWE RAW even though he was backstage. Yes, he was backstage with the Netflix Executives and many fans want to know why particularly he didn’t appear on the show.

So, nothing has been confirmed by WWE on why CM Punk didn’t appear, but if we look at the current storyline & plot, CM Punk & Drew McIntyre should stay as far as they can from each other. As the kind of rivalry they are going through this will turn bad for one or another.

But, the major news is for whatever reason CM Punk was backstage, he was with his ”son’ that is what Punk likes to call his dog, Larry.

CM Punk & Drew McIntyre will be facing each other in the main event of WWE Bad Blood 2024 in Hell in a Cell match.
