Major rumors circulating “The Queen” Charlotte Flair’s WWE return

Charlotte Flair is one of the greatest and highly successful professional wrestlers of all time. She is the fourteen-time world champion in WWE and is the fourth women’s grand slam champion of the company.

In December 2023, during a match against Asuka, Charlotte Flair had discomfort in her knee and was escorted backstage by medical staff. It was made clear that Flair injured her knee and required surgery, which may take her a long time to recover. Flair underwent surgery in January 2024 and was back for rehab.

Flair was expected to have a long hiatus from WWE Television, however the reports suggest that The Queen is recovering sooner than expected. At this stage, a major rumor of Flair’s return at the 2024 SummerSlam PLE has been circulating the internet. Here is what we know about The Queen’s return possibilities.

Charlotte Flair could return at WWE SummerSlam 2024

A popular costume designer Fionnuala Bourke, who designed some of the best in-ring gear for several women’s WWE superstars has posted a story of a gear on her Instagram account, with the captions “Fit for a Queen!!… but which one?”. The costume was quite similar to Charlotte Flair’s in-ring gear.

This became a big rumor that Charlotte Flair could make her return at the 2024 SummerSlam. However, the gear seems quite confusing as Tiffany Stratton also wore similar kinds of gear in the past.

Earlier this week, Flair posted a reel on her Instagram account, revealing that she started training for her in-ring return with the caption,

“We CLAW with our fingernails for that inch. Cause we know when we add up all those inches that’s going to make the fucking difference between WINNING and LOSING between LIVING and DYING.

I’ll tell you this in any fight it is the guy who is willing to die who is going to win that inch. And I know if I am going to have any life anymore it is because I am still willing to fight, and die for that inch because that is what LIVING is.”

All these hint that there is a great chance of The Queen returning at WWE SummerSlam, however, there is no official update on whether she is cleared to compete or not.
