Seth Rollins is speculated for a role in the upcoming Marvel movie
Since the trailer release of the upcoming Marvel film Captain America Brave New World, Seth Rollins’ involvement in the movie has been doing the rounds on social media.
Captain America: Brave New World is an upcoming movie that is produced under the Marvel banner and is scheduled for a release in February 2025. The film stars Anthony Mackie in the role of Sam Wilson/Captain America.
Fans of the franchise have been eagerly waiting for the release of the upcoming movie’s trailer. However, since the trailer was released WWE fans have started speculating a cameo from the WWE star, Seth ‘Freakin’ Rollins.
Seth Rollins responds to fan queries about the cameo
The speculations are also fueled as The Visionary is listed on IMDb as part of the cast of the upcoming film. Speculation ran wild among fans after they believed they spotted Seth ‘Freakin’ Rollins, masked and geared up for action, during the 1:44 mark of the Captain America: Brave New World trailer.
The idea of the WWE star making his Marvel debut quickly gained traction, sparking widespread excitement and conversation among WWE fans across social media.
However, The Visionary has now cleared the air regarding his role in the Harrison Ford starter movie. In replying to a fan query The Visionary denied the appearance and cleared the confusion regarding his cameo.
A fan account tweeted, “I completely missed him in the trailer (my bad) but Seth IS in Captain America: Brave New World!!! We WON!!!!”
The Visionary replied to the fan stating that he was not in the trailer, “Not me, kid. Sorry.” However, the film is scheduled to release on 14, February 2025 so fans have to wait till then to see if the former champion appears in the movie.
The Visionary is currently involved in a gruesome feud against Bronson Reed and the two have even fought each other in a grudge match. Rollins picked up the win in their grudge match at Crown Jewel 2024 PLE.
However, the rivalry is far from finished, as Reed attacked Rollins on last week’s episode of Raw, costing him the chance to contend for the World Heavyweight Title.
