Jey Uso & Sami Zayn set for WWE SmackDown move after Adam Pearce-Nick Aldis deal: Rumors

Roman Reigns made his return at SummerSlam 2024
With Roman Reignsâ return, we could hope for The Bloodline to reassemble to cut the Hydraâs neck in Bloodline 2.0. Roman Reigns made his anticipated return in the last seconds of the Bloodline Rules battle for the Undisputed WWE Championship, defeating Solo Sikoa with a Superman Punch and Spear and setting up Cody Rhodes to retain the championship.
With âOTCâ on his breast, the Original Tribal Chief established his claim to the Head of the Table and sparked a Bloodline civil war in which he will face Sikoa and his party, which includes Tama Tonga, Tonga Loa, and the unbeatable Jacob Fatu.
Reigns is now unquestionably a babyface, a position he has not held in four years. Given that he was never truly acknowledged in that position, itâs uncharted terrain for the former unchallenged WWE global champion.
Unlike his initial stint as the WWE Universeâs top hero, he returns to an audience eager to cheer him on. Fans want to respect and honor him at a level he has never been before. But with his impending return, there are old faces that we could see a return to SmackDown as well.
Adam Pearce and Nick Aldis reached an agreement to have A-Town Down Under on the August 5 broadcast of WWE RAW.
Adam Pearce promoted the August 5 edition of WWE RAW via Twitter. He said the first hour would be commercial-free. Pearce also said that he negotiated a deal with SmackDownâs Nick Aldis, and âpart of thatâ included Austin Theory and Grayson Waller competing on the show.
At WWE SummerSlam, Waller and Theory confronted The Miz and R-Truth. When things became physical, Jelly Roll stepped in to save them. He then chokeslammed Theory. Jelly Roll, Miz, and Truth then performed the Five-Knuckle Shuffle.
Given that the agreement allowed Pearce to have Theory and Waller on RAW, itâs reasonable to expect a few of RAW superstars to make a cameo on WWE SmackDown to balance the exchange. It is being rumored that WWE SmackDown is having Sami Zayn and Jey Uso back as Roman Reigns has returned to continue their story with the Bloodline.
