WWE Night of Champions 2025 can feature major surprises.

WWE Night of Champions 2025 is set to be another blockbuster show in the city of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia after multiple successful shows. The event will take place on June 28th and feature top names like Cody Rhodes, John Cena and Randy Orton on the scheduled match card.

Moreover, looking at recent developments, reports, and speculations, the event could shake up the landscape in a massive way. Here are Khel Now’s seven predictions for WWE Night of Champions 2025:

7. Jade Cargill’s coronation spoiled at WWE Night of Champions

Jade Cargill is set to collide against Asuka in the Queen of the Ring tournament finals. Just when she would be close to victory, her win could be spoiled by her heated foe, Naomi, who will set up one final encounter between them at the upcoming WWE Evolution PLE.

6. A huge match set between two top Japanese stars

Following Naomi’s potential interference, Asuka could win the Queen of the Ring tournament, guaranteeing her a Women’s Championship match at SummerSlam.

She could choose none other than her former Damage CTRL ally, IYO Sky, and challenge her in a blockbuster showdown for the WWE Women’s World title.

5. Solo Sikoa is the new US champion

The match between Solo Sikoa and Jacob Fatu for the WWE United States title will be a hard-hitting affair. In the final moments of the bout, J.C. Matteo could run interference.

This would allow Sikoa to plant Fatu with his finisher and claim his very first singles championship on the main roster.

4. Raquel Rodriguez cements alliance with a new ally

Raquel Rodriguez could find backup in the form of new Judgment Day associate, Roxanne Perez, to defeat Rhea Ripley in her scheduled Street Fight.

Following the win, Raquel could offer to be WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions together to replace Liv Morgan, who has been ruled out of action for months due to a shoulder injury.

3. Roman Reigns’ return

The WWE Universe has been eagerly awaiting the return of Roman Reigns since his last appearance on RAW after WrestleMania 41.

In a possible scenario, where Seth Rollins might attempt to cash in his Money in the Bank briefcase on either John Cena or CM Punk after their title match, Reigns could re-emerge to stop Rollins and garner a thunderous ovation.

2. King Cody Rhodes

Former mentor-pupil duo Randy Orton and Cody Rhodes will clash in the King of the Ring tournament finals at Night of Champions 2025. This will be the first time they collide in the prime of their careers, and can see that Rhodes defeat his former teacher.

With his victory, he could earn his rematch, potentially against John Cena at SummerSlam for the Undisputed WWE Championship.

1. John Cena wins in his feud with CM Punk

John Cena and CM Punk are currently 6-6 in singles match wins in the years of their storied rivalry. With the last-ever showdown for the Undisputed title taking place at Night of Champions, it could see The Never Seen 17 win his feud over Punk with a seventh victory, following the use of cheap tactics, and once again retain his championship in the process.
