The Second edition of SNME in 2025 will feature a steel cage match!

The May 24 edition of Saturday Night’s Main Event will emanate live from the Yeungling Center in Tampa, Florida. This will be the second edition of SNME in 2025 and the third one overall since its return. The event also follows Backlash 2025 and will set the stage for the upcoming Money in the Bank PLE.

The first Saturday Night’s Main Event of 2025 aired on January 25 at the Frost Bank Center in San Antonio, Texas. This was after the success of the first edition back in December 2024, when the popular show was revived after years on NBC.

The promotion has announced multiple matches for the show, including a steel cage match where Drew McIntyre and Damian Priest will meet for a second time after their Sin City street fight at WrestleMania 41 in Las Vegas.

Undisputed WWE Champion John Cena is set to battle R-Truth in a non-title match, while World Heavyweight Champion Jey Uso is set for his second title defense against Logan Paul this Saturday in Tampa. CM Punk and Sami Zayn are also teaming up to take down a common enemy, they will battle the team of Seth Rollins and Bron Breakker in a tag team match.
