Dirty Dom picked up a nasty injury at AAA.
Despite losing the WWE Intercontinental title, ‘Dirty Dom’ Dominik Mysterio appeared on the 29th edition of Rey de Reyes, which emanated on March 14, 2026, at Auditorio GNP Seguros in Puebla de Zaragoza, Puebla.
Dirty Dom defended the AAA Mega title in a no disqualification match against El Hijo del Vikingo. A win for Mysterio in the match meant Vikingo cannot challenge for the title as long as Dirty Dom is the Champion. On the other hand, a win for Vikingo means Dirty Dom has to leave AAA.
Dominik Mysterio retained the AAA Mega title
While Dirty Dom managed to pick up the win, retaining the AAA Mega title, he suffered a nasty injury during the match. The injury occurred early in the match when Vikingo threw a chair at Dirty Dom’s head. The Champion went down, clutching his head.
After the title defense, Mysterio took to his X handle to share images of the injury, while also boasting about retaining the AAA Mega title.
The graphic images left many fans wondering whether Dirty Dom could be sidelined due to the injury. The concern is heightened because Mysterio is currently involved in a major storyline with his former stablemate Finn Bálor, whom he and the rest of The Judgment Day recently kicked out of the faction.
With a potential clash at WrestleMania reportedly in the works, fans are closely watching to see if the injury will impact those plans. So, what’s the update? Is Dirty Dom out of action, or will he make an appearance on Raw tonight?

Yes, Dominik Mysterio is confirmed to make an appearance on Raw tonight. After turning on Finn Balor, Mysterio, along with the rest of the Judgment Day, will make an appearance tonight, and fans are intrigued about what they will have to say and how Balor will respond.
