Latest update on Rhea Ripley's WWE return following head injury

“Mami” is currently on the sidelines with a fractured right orbital socket

WWE star Rhea Ripley has sustained a significant injury after being attacked by her fierce rival Liv Morgan and her enforcer Raquel Rodriguez on this week’s episode of WWE NXT. According to WWE, she will be sidelined for an undisclosed period.

Ripley was attacked and left bleeding in the parking lot by Women’s World Champion Liv Morgan and her enforcer Raquel Rodriguez on last night’s episode of NXT. As per the WWE, Ripley has suffered a fractured right orbital socket due to the attack.

Following the attack WWE has provided an update on Ripley‘s injury by posting a scan of Ripley’s skull on X (Twitter). The promotion has also stated that Mami will be out of action for an undisclosed amount of time.

“Following last night’s brutal attack at the hands of Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez in the NXT parking lot, Rhea Ripley has suffered a fractured right orbital socket and will be out of action for an undisclosed amount of time.” the promotion tweeted.

Rhea Ripley is advertised for WWE’s upcoming Europe tour

Rhea Ripley is now being advertised by the promotion for its upcoming Europe tour in 2025. The WWE is going to Europe in 2025, the promotion will host events in 11 countries across the continent.

The events will be used to create hype around the 41st edition of WrestleMania. Ahead of its Europe tour, a subtle hint was dropped by the WWE regarding the involvement of Ripley as they advertised her for the upcoming tour.

The  Undisputed WWE Champion, Cody Rhodes will headline this event, other stars include the World Heavyweight Champion Gunther, Women’s World Champion Liv Morgan, Seth ‘Freakin’ Rollins, Drew McIntyre, Women’s Tag Team Champions Bianca Belair & Jade Cargill, and Rhea Ripley among others.

In a press release for the upcoming European tour, the company stated, Fans in attendance will see their favorite WWE Superstars just weeks ahead of WrestleMania 41, including Undisputed WWE Champion “The American Nightmare” Cody Rhodes, World Heavyweight Champion Gunther, Women’s World Champion Liv Morgan, Seth “Freakin” Rollins, Rhea Ripley, Drew McIntyre, WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions Bianca Belair & Jade Cargill, and many more*. *Talent subject to change.”

This hint has fueled speculations among fans on the potential return of the star who has emerged as one of the biggest stars in the current roster.
