Dr. Carlon Colker’s counsel briefly filed Janel Grant’s medical records in the defamation suit.
On Tuesday night, Dr. Carlon Colker’s counsel submitted a legal filing with unredacted excerpts of Janel Grant’s medical records, the former WWE employee at the center of the sexual abuse lawsuit against Vince McMahon. The filing was briefly visible on the public docket before the judge ordered it sealed on Wednesday.
Brandon Thurston of POST Wrestling reported that on Wednesday, Judge Sarah F. Russell ordered Dr. Carlon Colker’s initial legal filing to be sealed after it contained private Grant’s birthdate and medical details.
On Wednesday, Judge Sarah F. Russell ordered Colker’s initial filing—submitted the night before—sealed after determining that it included private medical details and Grant’s birthdate. Medical information and birthdates are often protected from public disclosure in legal cases. Grant’s medical records, in particular, had been previously submitted by Callis’s counsel along with a request to file them under seal—meaning they were accessible to the court and the parties, but were not viewable by the public and would remain sealed unless the judge later denied the request.
Later Wednesday, Colker’s legal team filed a redacted version of the brief, with the medical record excerpts blacked out. It’s unclear whether the initial public filing of Grant’s medical information was intentional or accidental. Colker’s attorneys from Brito PLLC did not respond to multiple requests for comment. One of our questions specifically asked whether the initial filing without redactions was intentional.
Colker is suing Ann Callis and her law firm, claiming they made false and harmful statements about his medical treatment of Janel. On the other hand, Grant alleges she was given unidentified pills and IV infusions at Peak Wellness. Colker denies the accusations made by Grant.
Callis and her firm are representing Grant in her lawsuit against Vince McMahon and WWE. While Colker is not a defendant in that case, he is mentioned as the doctor to whom McMahon allegedly referred Grant for treatment.
Additionally, Callis represents Grant in a related pre-suit action in Connecticut state court, where Colker and his clinic are defendants.
WrestleMania 41’s true attendance revealed

The Las Vegas Stadium Authority has revealed the actual attendance figures for WWE WrestleMania 41, which culminated in April at Allegiant Stadium. Similar to WWE’s usual practice over the years, the actual numbers are lower than what was claimed, but the difference isn’t as significant as in previous Mania events.
According to a report from Wrestlenomics, the Las Vegas Stadium Authority revealed that WrestleMania night one had an attendance of 58,538, while night two saw 60,103 fans at Allegiant Stadium.
On the other hand, WWE, during Night 2 of the show, claimed attendance figures of 61,467 for Night One and 63,226 for Night Two.
The Las Vegas Stadium Authority’s figures align more closely with estimates from WrestleTix, which reported ticket distribution numbers of 60,151 for Night One and 61,389 for Night Two. Notably, these numbers reflect tickets distributed, not actual attendance.
