Liv Morgan is currently on a short hiatus
Liv Morgan has been away from WWE for a short time, but fans now have an idea of when she might be back. The current WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion is taking time off to work on a big Hollywood movie.
Last week, Liv asked for time off from WWE. It was later revealed that she is filming a new movie called Bad Lieutenant: Tokyo, which is being produced by Neon. She flew to Japan recently to begin working on the film.
Even though Liv Morgan is not on TV right now, WWE has no plans to take the Women’s Tag Team Titles away from her and Raquel Rodriguez. According to a report from PWInsider, WWE will allow Liv to hold on to her title during her short break from in-ring action.
Now, thanks to a report from Fightful Select, we know when she may return. Liv Morgan is expected to finish filming the movie on May 16. She will then return to the United States the next day, on May 17.
It is not clear exactly when she will be back on WWE television, but she will miss at least one more episode of Monday Night Raw. The May 13 edition of Raw will take place without her, but she is expected to be available for a return starting from the May 19 episode.
Liv Morgan last wrestled on Raw after WrestleMania 41. She teamed up with Raquel Rodriguez to defeat Becky Lynch and Lyra Valkyria to win the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship. It was a big win for Liv, who has become one of the most popular women in WWE.
Despite her short absence, Liv remains one of the top stars in the women’s division. Her fans have been looking forward to her return ever since the news about her movie role came out.
WWE is showing full support for Liv as she balances her wrestling career with her new movie opportunity. With filming set to end soon, her return to Raw could be just around the corner. Liv’s comeback is expected to bring more energy to the women’s tag team division, and fans will be excited to see her back in action.
