Logan Paul dropped the US title to LA Knight at SummerSlam

Logan Paul is one of the most versatile personalities, who step inside the WWE ring. The Maverick within a short span reached monumental heights and even won the United States Championship in late 2023.

He held the US title for the fourth longest time in history and only defended it on rare occasions. However, Paul lost his title to LA Knight at SummerSlam and has not been seen on WWE TV since then. At this stage, Logan broke the silence after his loss and claimed a rematch.

Logan Paul claims US title rematch claiming controversial finish

Logan Paul on the latest edition of his Impaulsive podcast broke the silence about his United States Championship title loss against LA Knight at SummerSlam.

Maverick claims that the belt belongs to him, Knight never won the title clean. Logan claims that his foot was under the rope, which technically doesn’t count as a fall to win a match. Logan said that Knight can enjoy his reign with his title, but vows to have a rematch when he returns.

Logan Paul said, “At the end of the day, it’s always going to be my belt. It’s my belt. I see it in him, but everyone knows that the US Title is mine. So you can have it for now, for the time being, but I’m coming back for a rematch because I don’t know if y’all saw… My foot was on the rope; it was on the rope on number three. One, two, and my foot just bounced off the rope. In wrestling terms, that means it doesn’t count.”

Logan seems to have been following Orton’s step to claim a rematch, as Orton recently called for the rematch referencing his controversial finish against Gunther at King and Queen of the Ring. However, Logan hasn’t made his return to WWE TV yet, since SummerSlam 2024.

LA Knight after becoming the United States Champion, he successfully defended his title against Santos Escobar last week.

He is also set to defend his title on the line next week in an open challenge, with the opponent being unknown.

Since Logan claimed a rematch upon return, will he be addressing Knight’s challenge? Share your thoughts in the comments below.
