Tonight’s WWE RAW may be getting a major boost, as a new report suggests LA Knight is likely to make a surprise return during Monday’s special episode from Germany.
After being written off television in brutal fashion in December, the Megastar appears to be headed back into the spotlight at a critical point in the Road to the Royal Rumble.
According to a report from Fightful Select, LA Knight is scheduled to fly to Germany, where WWE RAW will air live on Monday. While his appearance has not been officially announced, the timing of the travel and the nature of the show strongly hint at WWE preparing a major return angle.
LA Knight to be in Germany ahead of WWE RAW tonight?
Sean Ross Sapp provided a major hint at Knight’s comeback, tweeting: “LA Knight is scheduled to travel to Germany this week, Fightful Select has learned. WWE Raw is in Germany on Monday.”
While Sapp noted that no appearance has been confirmed, the decision to fly a top star internationally without booking him publicly has fueled speculation.
The Germany show already features a stacked lineup, including Gunther vs AJ Styles, an appearance by the new Women’s Tag Team Champions IYO SKY and Rhea Ripley, and a tag match pitting Penta & Dragon Lee against Austin Theory & Bronson Reed. CM Punk is also set for a live segment, making the episode one of WWE’s most loaded international broadcasts.
With such a high-profile card and the company pushing major storylines toward the Royal Rumble, adding LA Knight into the mix would create immediate buzz and capitalize on fan excitement.

Fightful Select also reported through WrestleVotes Radio that Knight is listed internally for Royal Rumble week in Saudi Arabia, further supporting the idea that his TV absence was strategic. WWE may be positioning him for a high-impact return, using the time away to build anticipation and strengthen fan support heading into January.
LA Knight’s last appearance came on the December 8 edition of RAW, where he suffered one of the worst nights of his career. After losing to Logan Paul in the main event, Knight was ambushed by The Vision. The beatdown ended with Bronson Reed crushing Knight with a devastating Tsunami off the roof of a car, an angle clearly designed to write him off TV.
With Austin Theory and Bronson Reed competing this Monday, fans are already speculating that Knight could return during their tag match, seeking revenge for December’s assault.
Regardless of how WWE executes his comeback, all signs point to LA Knight receiving a renewed push heading into the Royal Rumble, that could reshape the upper-card landscape.
