Seth Rollins is one of the best professional wrestlers of the modern era and has been the workhorse of WWE. However, The Visionary suffered an MCL injury during his World Championship defense on Raw against Jinder Mahal, way back in January 2024.
Seth Rollins admitted that he wouldn’t be able to compete, but ensured that he will work hard on his rehabilitation and will make his return before WrestleMania 40.
Although the World Champion was injured, he never failed to appear on Raw to build his road to WrestleMania. Rollins gave a hint at Elimination Chamber, that he is days away from clearing his injury and weeks after he got cleared.
Rollins has now been booked for two matches at WrestleMania 40, which are expected to be on both the nights. However a latest report confirms that Rollins will not wait until WrestleMania for his in-ring return and will be making it too soon.
Seth Rollins’ in-ring return
According to PWInsider’s report, “The Visionary” Seth Rollins has not only got cleared from his injuries, he is also set to return to in-ring action, this weekend’s live events. Rollins will make his return in a live event this Saturday in Alexandria, Los Angeles.
PWInsider report,
“WWE World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins is scheduled for this weekend’s live events, so not only is he cleared, but he’s back working live events as of this Saturday in Alexandria, LA.”
It is unknown, who Rollins will be facing in the WWE Live Event or when his in-ring television return will. However, Rollins has big matches ahead at WrestleMania 40, both determine the future of the company and his title reign.
