WWE Bad Blood is the latest PPV soon to be held by the pro-wrestling giants

As of late, WWE, under the leadership of Triple H, has undergone numerous creative changes, with the majority of them working in the company’s favor and bringing unprecedented financial success.

These changes, including international premium live events and the expansion of WrestleMania to a two-night event, have been well-received by the audience and have enhanced the overall quality of the product.

WWE is now bringing back Bad Blood after a two-decade hiatus, replacing the Hell in a Cell pay-per-view event. This decision is likely because Hell in a Cell is a gimmick match designed for grudge rivalries, and the pay-per-view events had lost their way, featuring random matches inside the cell that didn’t necessarily warrant the stipulation.

WWE Bad Blood, on the other hand, is expected to follow the same format as its predecessors with 5 to 7 high-profile matches, keeping the event concise and impactful.

Several marquee matches have already been confirmed for the event, including a returning Roman Reigns teaming up with his perhaps greatest rival Cody Rhodes to take on the self-proclaimed Tribal Chief Solo Sikoa and the Werewolf Jacob Fatu.

Additionally, CM Punk and Drew McIntyre will face off one last time inside Hell in a Cell, while Rhea Ripley and Damian Priest will look to settle their scores against Liv Morgan and Finn Balor. The event is shaping up to be an exciting one, and we’re suggesting five more matches that could be added to the card.

Gunther vs Sami Zayn (World Heavyweight Championship Match)

The first match is an obvious one. With Bad Blood taking place in Atalanta, Sami Zayn has been calling out Gunther for the past two weeks, and it’s quite clear that this match is going to happen at the PLE.

WWE is high on Gunther and wants to eliminate any perceived illegitimacy surrounding his character. This is why they had him beat Randy Orton clean at Berlin, and it’s likely why he’ll beat Sami Zayn clean at Bad Blood.

By doing so, WWE can erase the doubt created by Sami’s victory over Gunther at WrestleMania 40, solidifying Gunther’s position as the top dog on Monday Night Raw.

Carmello Hayes vs Andrade Part VII

Carmello Hayes is set to face Andrade for the sixth time on SmackDown next week, and it’s all but confirmed that this will be a best-of-seven series. Instead of holding the final match on a random episode of SmackDown, WWE should consider hosting it at Bad Blood.

The two men consistently deliver high-quality matches, and they deserve the opportunity to shine on a bigger stage. Furthermore, Carmello Hayes is likely to emerge victorious from this series, and WWE seems to have a lot of faith in him, and at least up until now, he hasn’t disappointed one bit.

LA Knight vs Carmello Hayes (WWE United States Championship)

Now let’s assume WWE is actually doing the best of 7 series entirely on SmackDown, and let’s just say Carmello Hayes, who is the favorite to win it, actually does go ahead and win it.

With Carmello emerging victorious, it would be fitting for him to receive a title shot against LA Knight at Bad Blood.

After all, Andrade earned a title shot after winning the fifth match, so it’s only fair that Carmello receives a similar opportunity. Additionally, LA Knight has yet to defend his title at a premium live event since winning it at SummerSlam, making Bad Blood an ideal platform for his first defense.

#DIY vs The New Bloodline (Tama Tonga & Tanga Loa) vs. The Street Profits (WWE Tag Team Championship Match)

WWE has been teasing a triple-threat rivalry between these three teams for some time now, and if it wasn’t already very obvious, it is now after last week’s SmackDown.

Both the tag teams #DIY and The Street Profits have a bone to pick with The Bloodline, and both want their hands on the championship gold. A triple-threat tag team championship match at Bad Blood would be the best way to resolve these conflicts. However, if we examine WWE’s recent booking patterns, it’s more likely that this match will not occur at Bad Blood but the SmackDown before it.
