WrestleMania 41 is scheduled for April 19 and 20
The 41st edition of WrestleMania is scheduled for April 19 and 20 at Allegiant Stadium in Paradise, Nevada. This event will be the second WrestleMania held in the Las Vegas area, following in the footsteps of the ninth edition, which took place at Caesars Palace in 1993.
Although, the grandest stage is still four months away fans have started to speculate about the potential matches at Allegiant Stadium in April. Speculation regarding the involvement of The Rock is also rife on social media.
Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson last appeared on WWE television during the Bad Blood 2024 PLE. Johnson appeared after the main event between Roman Reigns & Cody Rhodes vs Solo Sikoa & Jacob Fatu (The Bloodline).
Early reports and rumors suggested the Hollywood star’s involvement at the grandest stage next year. However, recent reports suggest that Johnson might not be available for the April event.
Cody Rhodes, Roman Reigns & CM Punk might headline the WrestleMania 41 show
According to reports, the Stamford-based promotion is working under the assumption that Johnson will not be available for the April event. However, sources note that The Rock‘s unpredictable nature means plans can change at any moment.
The Rock’s Bad Blood 2024 appearance was just to get him on screen as per reports. The promotion didn’t have any creative plans or a storyline they were furthering with this appearance.
The Rock and Cody Rhodes filmed something together during the premiere of Moana 2. The exact details of the filming remain a mystery, but the timing has fans excited about what could be brewing in WWE.
In the event that the highly anticipated matchup between The Rock and Cody Rhodes does not materialize, the promotion has begun formulating alternative plans.
As per reports, the promotion is planning a triple-threat main event match between Cody Rhodes, Roman Reigns, and CM Punk for the Undisputed WWE Championship.
