CM Punk vs Drew McIntyre to have a strap match at Bash in Berlin

CM Punk and Drew McIntyre have been having a heated rivalry since late 2023. They developed their storyline into one of the key driving factors of the company, despite being medically uncleared to compete.

Punk recently got cleared to compete and faced McIntyre at SummerSlam, but ended in vain as Drew pinned Punk for the win. After which, Punk called for a rematch and they are all set to go one-on-one again in a strap match at Bash in Berlin. Ahead of the PLE, here we came out with four possible finishes for their match.

4. McIntyre could low-blow Punk for the win

Drew McIntyre defeated Punk at SummerSlam 2024, by low-blowing him when the referee Seth Rollins was laid down to win the match.

Since everything is legal in the strap match, Drew could go for the low blow once again to defeat Punk with the score of 2-0. With this, Drew could end his rivalry with Punk showcasing absolute dominance.

3.  Punk wins and takes his bracelet

One of the main reasons why CM Punk is battling with McIntyre again is because Drew has his bracelet with the name of his wife and his dog in it.

Since it is more personal for Punk, the second city saint could defeat Drew and take his bracelet from him, to end his rivalry with McIntyre.

2. Punk wins, but Drew escapes with the bracelet

Punk has never won a match since his return to WWE, this becomes a must-win match for him. Since the Second City Saint called for the strap match and has winning experience with the match stipulation, Punk could win the match.

However, Drew could escape with the bracelet after the match, to continue his feud and potentially result in a first-blood match at Bad Blood, with the bracelet on the line.

Drew McIntyre is one of the cold-hearted people, who shows no mercy to his opponents. Drew could do anything to secure the win, especially when there is a personal ego clash between them.

Although Punk could be mentally strong, the only way Drew can make Punk break his mind is by breaking the bracelet into pieces. Drew could break the bracelet into pieces and could use the distraction to defeat Punk and continue the rivalry.
