This week’s episode of Monday Night Raw features two semi-final matches
The 12/30 episode of Monday Night Raw will be telecasted live from the Toyota Center in Houston, Texas, U.S.A. This week’s episode of the Red brand will be the last episode on the USA Network as WWE RAW makes its debut on Netflix.
The 12/30 episode of the Red brand will feature two high-stakes semi-final matches in the Women’s Intercontinental title tournament. Iyo Sky will battle Lyra Valkyria while Zoey Stark will battle Dakota Kai in the semi-finals of the tournament.
Ahead of this week’s show in Houston, Texas let us take a look at four predictions for the 12/30 episode of the Red brand.
4. The Bloodline appears
Solo Sikoa along with the Bloodline is wreaking havoc decimating members from the OG Bloodline. On the last week’s episode of SmackDown Solo and company took out Sami Zayn and Jey Uso. Sikoa sent a warning to ‘The OTC’ Roman Reigns during the attack.
Roman Reigns and Solo Sikoa will lock horns in the debut episode next week at the Intuit Dome in a tribal combat match for the sacred Ula Fala.
Sikoa might make an appearance on this week’s show in Houston to cut a promo for his upcoming clash. Sikoa might repeat last week’s actions of targeting the OG Bloodline members to send a warning to the OTC.

3. Iyo Sky & Zoey Stark advances
As mentioned earlier, Iyo Sky will lock horns with Lyra Valkyria in the semi-finals of the Women’s IC title tournament. In the second match of the semi-finals, Dakota Kai and Zoey Stark will clash for a spot in the finals.
Iyo Sky and Zoey Stark will potentially advance to the finals setting up a match between the two. Stark is from the Pure Fusion Collective, the faction is responsible for multiple attacks on Damage CTRL members, a faction to which Sky belongs.
This clash might become personal for Sky as Kairi Sane was recently attacked backstage by the members of Pure Fusion Collective which forced her out of the IC title tournament. The finals of the tournament will probably be held at the debut show next week.

2. Damian Priest vs Finn Balor for Netflix debut
Damian Priest and Finn Balor’s feud reignited when Balor interfered and attacked Priest during his Heavyweight title match against Gunther at Survivor Series 2024 PLE. This interference cost Priest the match as he failed to capture the Heavyweight title.
The two stars will collide in the 12/30 show as Priest will team up with the War Raiders to face Finn Balor, Dominik Mysterio, and JD McDonagh of The Judgment Day. The rivalry between Priest and Balor will be the major attraction of the clash.
The promotion might use this clash and the storyline to set up a singles match between Priest and Balor for the debut episode of the Red brand.
1. WWE Raw moves back to a three-hour format
The Stamford-based promotion last week during Friday Night SmackDown announced that the Blue brand will transition to a three-hour format, the change will come into effect from the 12/03 show.
The promotion will likely announce a similar transition of the Red brand in this week’s episode ahead of the Netflix debut. Reports earlier suggested the transition for both brands, one of which has been officially announced.
Earlier, the Red brand returned to a two-hour format on October 7th as part of a temporary media rights agreement with USA Network. This arrangement covered the gap between the expiration of the previous deal in September and the official start of their new deal with Netflix in January.
