Rhea Ripley adds another accolade to her resume
Rhea Ripley has carved out a unique legacy on ‘The Grandest Stage of Them All’ and at WrestleMania 41, she’s set to add yet another chapter to her impressive championship streak.
For the sixth consecutive year, every WrestleMania match Rhea Ripley has competed in has had championship stakes, a rare feat that underscores her meteoric rise and continued dominance in WWE’s women’s division.
‘The Eradicator’ made her WrestleMania debut at WrestleMania 36 in 2020, entering as the reigning NXT Women’s Champion to defend against Charlotte Flair.
In a hard-hitting, high-stakes clash, Ripley came up short, but her presence on such a massive stage as an NXT representative marked a pivotal moment not just in her career, but for the brand itself.
At WrestleMania 37, Rhea Ripley rebounded in a major way. She defeated Asuka to capture the RAW Women’s Championship, solidifying her status as a top-tier talent on the main roster.
The following year, at WrestleMania 38, Rhea Ripley once again found herself in a title picture, teaming with Liv Morgan in a Fatal Four Way for the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships. Despite a strong showing, the duo fell short of capturing the gold.
Her WrestleMania story reached new heights at WrestleMania 39, where Ripley revisited her rivalry with Charlotte Flair, this time with the SmackDown Women’s Championship on the line.
In what many called the match of the weekend, Ripley delivered the performance of her career, defeating Flair in a brutal, emotional war to win the title she had previously failed to take three years earlier.
At WrestleMania 40, Ripley proved her reign was no fluke. She successfully defended the Women’s World Championship against Becky Lynch in a physical and compelling opener to Night 1, further proving she could thrive under the brightest lights and highest expectations.
Now, at WrestleMania 41, Ripley enters a triple threat match alongside IYO SKY and Bianca Belair—two of WWE’s most elite athletes. Though she lost the title to SKY in March, Ripley’s addition to this bout raises the stakes and intensity. With her WrestleMania championship match streak intact, Ripley has the chance to reclaim her crown and reinforce her reputation as one of the most dominant forces of the modern women’s division.
