WWE Bad Blood 2024 might see the start of the crumbling of The Bloodline

The Bloodline storyline is akin to a soap opera with the number of twists and turns it has featured over the years. The latest twist has seen Solo Sikoa become the self-proclaimed leader of the group. But his reign as the top guy of the stable has not exactly set the stage on fire.

With the presence of strong characters in the ilk of Jacob Fatu in the mix, Sikoa seems to be under constant threat of a coup within. Here, we take a look at the top five signs that The Bloodline could ditch Solo Sikoa after WWE Bad Blood 2024.

5. Solo Sikoa has repeatedly failed to win the WWE title

Ever since Solo Sikoa has become the self-proclaimed leader of The New Bloodline, his singles performances have been all talk and no substance. He has challenged the WWE Universal Champion, Cody Rhodes, twice but has been found wanting on both those occasions.

While Sikoa’s henchmen have created an atmosphere of fear in the SmackDown roster, his own performances have been far from ideal. Hence, it wouldn’t come as a huge surprise if the rest of the members of The New Bloodline decide to ouster the weak link from the mix.

4. Jacob Fatu seems more worthy than Solo Sikoa

Jacob Fatu’s impact after joining The Bloodline has been massive. He has taken out all the big guns on the blue brand and has been a force to reckon with, so much so that his exploits have even outshone the stable’s self-proclaimed Tribal Chief.

Fatu even won the Tag team gold along with Tama Tonga in his stint with the Stamford-based promotion. Sikoa’s decision to gift the 32-year-old’s hard-earned strap to Tanga Loa would definitely not have sat well with him. This may be another reason for discontentment among the familial factions.

3. Solo’s leadership of The Bloodline has been questionable at times

There’s little doubt that Solo Sikoa has not efficiently led his band of misfits. It sometimes feels that he is not in command of his stable. All this stems from the fact that the 31-year-old most of the time gets overpowered by the other members of his ensemble.

A true leader is one who leads from the front, but in Sikoa’s case, he is always at the forefront for any title opportunity, but he shifts to the back when someone exacts punishment on the Anoa’i family group. Needless to say, the rest of the cousins would have noticed it by now. It’s only a matter of time before they take any action over it.

2. Jacob Fatu would want to step out of Solo’s shadow for once

Jacob Fatu is a gifted singles grappler, it’s apparent from his dazzling wrestling career in the indies before joining WWE. Although he has portrayed the role of the Bloodline’s enforcer admirably, he would certainly be having some personal aspirations of his own.

Achieving those goals seems impossible if he stays under the wing of Solo Sikoa. Moreover, he can convince his other two cousins that they’d be better served under his leadership rather than the current regime. This in turn can encourage the three members to ditch Sikoa and form their own stable.

1. The OTC might pull a huge coup by turning Solo’s lackeys against him!

Roman Reigns seems to be on a direct collision course with Solo Sikoa sooner rather than later. What better way than to spite his cousin by turning his teammates against him?

Granted, WWE would want to explore the possibility of Reigns against Jacob Fatu somewhere down the line. But the Stamford-based promotion could pull off a swerve of swerves if the OTC somehow manages to turn Siko’a lackeys against him!

The upcoming Bad Blood tag team match that would pit the unexpected team of Reigns and Cody Rhodes against Sikoa and Fatu would clear the picture as to which turn this epic saga takes. Till then, fans have no choice but to sit with bated breath.
