Spoilers and Results for 5/21 edition of WWE NXT

This week WWE NXT won’t be going live from the WWE Performance Center

The results are in for the May 21 episode of WWE NXT, which was taped following the May 14 show. This double-taping was necessitated by the upcoming WWE King and Queen of the Ring PLE on May 25 in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. To ensure that key producers and agents who work weekly NXT shows can attend the event in Saudi Arabia, WWE opted to tape the NXT show in advance. Here are the key spoilers and results from this pre-recorded episode:

NXT Women’s North American Championship Qualifier- Fallon Henley vs Thea Hail

Fallon Henley defeated Thea Hail to qualify for the WWE NXT Women’s North American Championship Ladder Match. Chase U was expelled from the ringside during the match when Ridge Holland was seen with a chair introduced by Henley. After the bout, Jazmyn Nyx assaulted Thea Hail, adding drama to the tale while Henley watched from the entryway.

Winner: Fallon Henley

NXT North American Championship #1 Contender’s Match- Joe Coffey vs Wes Lee vs Josh Briggs

In an unexpected twist, Wes Lee and Joe Coffey were proclaimed co-winners of a triple-threat North American Championship qualification that also included Josh Briggs. Joe Coffey replaced Ivar in the bout, although the reason for Ivar’s absence was not revealed. Oba Femi provided commentary during the match, which enhanced the telecast.

Winner: Joe Coffey & Wes Lee

NXT Tag-Team Championship – Axiom & Nathan Frazer vs Luca Crusifino & Channing Lorenzo

Axiom and Nathan Frazer retained the NXT Tag Team Championship by defeating Luca Crusifino and Channing Lorenzo. The No Quarter Catch Crew intervened, hitting Tony D’Angelo and creating a distraction, resulting in Crusifino and Lorenzo’s loss.

Winner: Axiom & Nathan Frazer

NXT Women’s North American Championship Qualifier- Brinley Reece vs Jaida Parker

After defeating Brinley Reece, Jaida Parker progressed to the ladder match for the NXT Women’s North American title at NXT Battleground. Parker’s triumph establishes her standing as a top contender in the women’s category.

Winner: Jaida Parker

Karmen Petrovic & Natalya vs Lola Vice & Shayna Baszler

Natalya and Karmen Petrovic defeated Lola Vice and Shayna Baszler. Vice rushed Baszler after the match, but the Queen of Spades put her in the Kirifuda clutch. Referees interrupted to separate them, and NXT General Manager Ava announced an NXT Underground match between Vice and Baszler at NXT Battleground, guaranteeing a heated battle.

Winner: Karmen Petrovic & Natalya

NXT Champion Trick Williams confronts Meta-Four

Trick Williams spoke about his latest attack and the suspicions behind Noam Dar’s assault. Despite his denials, Meta-Four remained doubtful. The encounter became heated when Joe Coffey, along with Wolfgang and Mark Coffey, attacked Williams and Je’Von Evans, exacerbated their longstanding conflict.
