The OTC will make his return on WWE Raw this week!
The WrestleMania week is officially here and the promotion is set to deliver the April 14 episode of Monday Night Raw which is set to emanate live from the Golden 1 Center in Sacramento, California, USA. The show will serve as the go-home show for the ‘Grandest Stage of Them All’.
The promotion has announced matches and segments for the show, including the return of ‘The OTC’ Roman Reigns along with a singles match. The show will further include segments that will help generate hype among fans for the upcoming PLE.
Ahead of the show in the Golden 1 Center, Sacramento, here are the top five storylines to keep an eye on in this week’s WWE Raw.
5. Women’s Tag Team titles
On last week’s show of Friday Night SmackDown, the team of Bayley and Women’s IC Champion Lyra Valkyria triumphed in the women’s gauntlet match to bag a chance to battle the current WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez at the WrestleMania 41 PLE. The two teams will likely engage in a fiery segment to promote the clash.

4. World Tag Team Championship
Similar to Bayley and Lyra Valkyria, the New Day (Kofi Kingston & Xavier Woods) defeated New Catch Republic (Pete Dunne & Tyler Bate) to become the #1 contenders for the World Tag Team titles which are held by the War Raiders (Erik & Ivar) and the two teams will clash at the WrestleMania PLE. The lack of build-up for this match will likely be corrected this week as the two teams might engage in a brawl.
3. AJ Styles in action
After their heated interaction backstage last week on the Red brand, where Karrion Kross wanted AJ Styles to unleash his more dangerous side heading into his WrestleMania 41 clash against Logan Paul, Styles is now ready to show who he exactly is inside the ring. It would be interesting to see what role Kross plays in the match heading into the Mania PLE.
2. Women’s World Championship
After weeks of build-up General Manager Adam Pearce last week finally made the triple threat match official from WrestleMania where Iyo Sky will defend the title against Bianca Belair and Rhea Ripley. Sky already has made it clear that she will not be disrespected and it will be interesting to see how Belair and Ripley reply to the devastating missile dropkick last week after the contract signing by the Champion.
1. Roman Reigns – Seth Rollins – CM Punk
In what was a jaw-dropping segment CM Punk revealed the favor that Paul Heyman owed him on the 04/04 episode of SmackDown and took out Roman Reigns with a GTS, the promotion followed it up with another fiery segment on last week’s Raw where Seth Rollins took out Punk and told Paul Heyman that he now owes him a favor.
Roman Reigns is now set to make an appearance on this week’s show of the Red brand and with the Mania triple-threat clash between the three near, the segment will further add to the intriguing clash between the three megastars.
