Tonight’s episode of SmackDown carries huge excitement among fans!
Tonight’s episode of SmackDown will serve as the fallout show from Money in the Bank 2025 and is set to air live from the Rupp Arena in Lexington, Kentucky. The show will also continue the build towards Night of Champions 2025.
The promotion has announced multiple appearances from top stars, including Undisputed WWE Champion John Cena and 2025 Miss Money in the Bank Naomi, along with the two King and Queen of the Ring tournament matches, which kicked off on this week’s Raw.
Here are the top five storylines to keep a close eye on during the June 13 edition of WWE SmackDown in Lexington tonight.
5. Wyatt Sicks vs Tag Team division
Since their return, the Waytt Sicks (Uncle Howdy, Erick Rowan, Dexter Lumis, Nikki Cross & Joe Gacy) have targeted the entire tag team division, making it clear that no one in the division is safe. Despite the warning, few are not afraid to take Wyatt Sicks head on.
Fraxiom and MCMG have made it clear that they will fight back, and so did the tag Champions, the Street Profits; only DIY are looking to not cross paths with the Sicks.

4. Naomi – Jade Cargill
Naomi is set to address the WWE Universe tonight, following her triumphant win at Money in the Bank 2025.
She is likely going to put the Champion on notice after the win, but her feud with Jade Cargill, which has seemingly been on the back burner, might once again pick up steam as there are reports of Cargill playing a major part in the upcoming Evolution 2025, with her probable opponent being Naomi.
3. King & Queen of the Ring Tournament
Tonight’s show of SmackDown will follow in the footsteps of Monday Night Raw as stars will meet in the second part of the opening round, looking to claim their position in the semi-finals.
According to the brackets released by WWE, it will likely be the fatal four-way match between Randy Orton, LA Knight, Aleister Black & Carmelo Hayes on the men’s side, while Jade Cargill, Michin, Piper Niven & Nia Jax will likely battle on the women’s side.

2. John Cena – Cody Rhodes
The Undisputed WWE Champion John Cena is set for an appearance on tonight’s show. Cena will likely address the promo with CM Punk from this week’s Raw, as well as the tag team loss against Cody Rhodes and Jey Uso at Money in the Bank.
The rematch between Cena and Rhodes for the title is imminent, and it would be interesting to see how the storyline progresses since MITB.
1. Jacob Fatu – Solo Sikoa
United States Champion Jacob Fatu finally turned on Solo Sikoa during the men’s Money in the Bank ladder match. Fatu slammed Sikoa through a ladder bridging the ring and the commentary desk, crushing Solo’s dream of holding the briefcase, a goal which he was fingers’ reach of.
Fatu is set for an appearance on tonight’s show, and the storyline between the two will now progress after the betrayal.
