Which superstar have cashed-in MITB contract at WWE WrestleMania?

WrestleMania is one of the biggest and longest running professional wrestling events, hosted by WWE since 1985. The show is known for the showcase of immortals, highly athletic matches, big title changes, celebrity involvements, and more. As we witnessed it all at the big show, is there anyone who cashed-in his Money in the Bank contract at the grand show? If yes, which WWE Superstar has cashed-in the Money in the Bank contract at WrestleMania.

WWE Superstar who cashed-in the MITB contract at WrestleMania

In the history of WWE, only one wrestler has cashed-in his Money in the Bank contract at WrestleMania, which is Seth “Freakin” Rollins.

At WrestleMania 31, in the main event of the show, Brock Lesnar defended the WWE World Heavyweight Championship against the 2015 Royal Rumble winner, Roman Reigns. Both had a great fight and got laid down after fourth F-5 and fourth Superman Punch, Seth Rollins ran down to the ring with his Money in the Bank briefcase and cashed-in his contract to make it a Triple Threat Match. With this Seth Rollins became the first and only person  to cash-in his Money in the Bank contract in the middle of the match and at WrestleMania.

In the final moments of the match, Roman Reigns delivered a spear to Brock Lesnar, when he tried to attempt a F-5 on Rollins. Rollins hit a curb stomp on Roman Reigns to become the WWE World Heavyweight Champion for the very first time and become the third heel to win the main event of Mania.

Nobody has held the Money in the Bank contract until Mania, however Priest will be carrying it to the grand show this year, at WrestleMania 40.

This year the grand show will be held two nights on April 6 & April 7, 2024 at Lincoln Financial Field, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. WWE has booked the show in a way to make it one of the grandest WrestleManias in WWE. A number of big matches have been booked for this year’s event and a number of historical moments are expected.
