WWE Crown Jewel might not see major top stars make their appearances.

The Land Down Under, Australia, is set to be invaded by the Wrestling Juggernaut, WWE. The Stamford-based promotion will present its next Premium Live Event, WWE Crown Jewel, this Saturday, at the RAC Arena in Perth, Western Australia.

The show will be a star-studded affair with top attractions like Tiffany Stratton, John Cena, Cody Rhodes, and Seth Rollins. However, here are the top five WWE superstars who are likely not to make their appearance at the event:

5. Randy Orton

Randy Orton is one of the most tenured in-ring performers on the current WWE roster. The Viper has been a regular fixture on SmackDown lately, yet he was not booked for any major match at WWE Crown Jewel.

So, it is unlikely that Orton would take the long trip to Australia if he was not being used and would not appear at the Premium Live Event.

4. Becky Lynch

Following an embarrassing loss to Maxxine Dupri on this week’s Monday Night RAW, Becky Lynch revealed in a backstage segment that she is not going to Australia for Crown Jewel.

A follow-up report by Fightful stated that The Man was taking some time off and not joining WWE, as she was not booked for the card. Moreover, the report also added that she would return in two weeks, seemingly meaning that she will miss Crown Jewel PLE.

3. Brock Lesnar

Brock Lesnar has not been seen on WWE television since he decimated John Cena at Wrestlepalooza. Moreover, The Beast Incarnate is not a part of any storylines at the moment, which could mean he won’t be appearing at the WWE Crown Jewel PLE.

2. AJ Lee

Like Brock Lesnar, AJ Lee has also been absent from WWE television programming since Wrestlepalooza. While she was expected to have a singles feud with Becky Lynch, The Man herself has taken some time off from RAW. This could mean that Lee is not appearing at the WWE Crown Jewel event.

1. CM Punk

Despite CM Punk taking the trip to Perth, Australia, he is not booked for any match at the WWE Crown Jewel Premium Live Event. This could mean that while he will sit out for the PLE, the Best in the World might just appear on the following edition of RAW, also taking place in the same arena as Crown Jewel.

When and where will Crown Jewel 2025 take place?

The seventh edition of the PLE will take place on Saturday, October 11, 2025, at the RAC Arena in Perth, Western Australia, Australia.

Will the PLE have a special start time?

Yes, the show will start at 8 AM ET/ 5 AM PT on ESPN in the US and on Netflix in international markets, excluding some.
