Top five surprises that could be in store for WWE Raw (February 24, 2025)

This week’s episode features two title clashes in the women’s division
This week’s episode of Monday Night Raw will serve as the go-home show for the Elimination Chamber 2025 PLE and participants in the men’s and women’s Chamber matches will appear for the final time to build towards the PLE.
The 02/24 episode of Monday Night Raw will emanate live from the Heritage Bank Center, Cincinnati, Ohio, USA. The promotion has announced multiple matches and segments for the show in the ‘Queen City’.
Multiple stars are set to appear on the show including World Heavyweight Champion Gunther, CM Punk, Seth Rollins, Women’s World Champion Rhea Ripley, and Logan Paul. As WWE gears up for the Elimination Chamber PLE, here are the top five surprises that might be in store for this week’s episode of RAW.
5. New Day decimates LWO
The promotion has set up a match between LWO (Joaquin Wilde & Cruz Del Toro) and New Day (Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods). This came following last week’s confrontation where Dragon Lee, Wilde and Cruz attacked Woods and Kingston to teach them a lesson.
LWO members attacked Woods and Xavier for ambushing their leader Rey Mysterio in the 01/10 episode of the Red brand. However, Woods and Xavier will likely repeat the same and use their experience to batter the team of Wilde and Cruz in this week’s episode.

4. Rhea Ripley is confronted by Chamber match participants
Women’s World Champion Rhea Ripley is set to appear on this week’s episode ahead of her title defense against Iyo Sky. The champion has some message for the challenger ahead of their clash on the fallout show of Raw from the Elimination Chamber PLE.
However, since 2025 Royal Rumble winner Charlotte Flair picked WWE Women’s Champion Tiffany Stratton for WrestleMania, the participants in the women’s Chamber match have shifted their focus on the Women’s World Champion and the participants will likely confront Ripley on this week’s episode.

3. Jade Cargill returns
WWE Women’s Champions Bianca Belair and Noami have set their sights on Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez after they witnessed the latter in the anonymous video where Cargill was being loaded into the ambulance. While Morgan and Rodriguez have not refuted the suspicions they also have not denied it. Instead, Morgan and Rodriguez attacked the tag champs on the 02/21 episode of SmackDown.
As the tag champs are set to defend their titles against Morgan and Rodriguez on this week’s episode, there is a chance that Jade Cargill will make her return during the match to clear the air. Cargill has been back training at the WWE Performance Centre and is likely preparing for her return which might be in Cincinnati.
2. Ivy Nile interferes
Dakota Kai, who defeated Ivy Nile in a No. 1 Contenders Match, is slated to face Lyra Valkyria for the Women’s Intercontinental Championship. This will be a rematch as Valkyria won the inaugural championship by beating Kai in the tournament finals.
However, there is a high possibility of American Made’s Ivy Nile interfering in the match to attack the IC Champion. Nile has made it clear that she wants to fulfill American Made’s leader Chad Gable’s dream and hold the Women’s IC title and losing the number one contender match has likely irked her and she might inflict damage upon the champion this week.
1. Bron Breakker ambushes AJ Styles
Following a brief face-off off which left fans excited, ‘The Phenomenal One’ AJ Styles shifted his focus to the singles match last week against Dominik Mysterio. After the match concluded with Styles emerging victorious, Intercontinental Champion Bron Breakker attempted to ambush Styles.
However, Styles managed to duck, causing Breakker to accidentally spear Dominik instead. Seizing the opportunity, Styles then hit Breakker with a Pele kick, leaving the IC Champion down as Breakker stared down the Phenomenal One. The humiliation will likely anger the champion who would potentially ambush the Phenomenal One on this week’s show.
