The Awesome Truth win RAW tag team titles; Waller-Theory win SmackDown titles at WWE WrestleMania 40

WrestleMania witnessed a spectacle of epic proportions as The Judgment Day faced a daunting challenge in a Six-Pack Tag Team Ladder Match for their Undisputed WWE Tag Team Titles. Damian Priest and Finn Bálor, reigning champions in their second reign, have proven to be a dominant force, vanquishing nearly every tag team in WWE.
However, their reign of dominance faced its greatest test yet as they confronted five other formidable teams, each vying to ascend the ladder and seize the coveted titles. With the odds stacked against them, The Judgment Day must summon all their resilience and skill to retain their championship reign amidst the chaos of WrestleMania.
The field for this high-stakes match was determined by the discernment of Raw General Manager Adam Pearce and SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis. Three teams from Raw and two from SmackDown will converge in a clash of titans to determine the fate of the tag team division.
On the road to WrestleMania, #DIY, Awesome Truth, and The New Day earned their spots in the match by triumphing over formidable opponents on the March 18 episode of Raw. Meanwhile, on the SmackDown side, Grayson Waller and Austin Theory, along with New Catch Republic, emerged victorious in their respective bracket, securing their place in the Six-Pack Tag Team Ladder Match.
As anticipation reached a fever pitch, the question on everyone’s mind is whether The Judgment Day can defy the odds and emerge victorious once again, or if WrestleMania will witness the crowning of new tag team champions amidst the chaos and carnage of the Ladder Match.
The Judgement Day loses, A-Town Down Under are SmackDown tag-team champions and The Awesome Truth wins the RAW tag-team championship
After Ripley retaining her title against Becky Lynch it was time for other members of The Judgement Day to prove themselves. Damian Priest and Finn Balor came into the match with 5 other teams. Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa of #DIY was the first to get introduced to the match, then came The Miz and R-Truth of the Awesome Truth.
Then came the bruserweights Pete Dunne and Tyler Bate the New Catch Republic, then came Grayson Waller and Austin Theory of A-Town Down Under, then came Xavier Woods and Kofi Kingston of the New Day. At last, came the champs Finn Balor and Damian Priest of the Judgement Day.
As the 6 teams came together a brawl broke out between the 12 men who aimed for the Undisputed WWE Tag-Team Championships. The Miz was the first to get up on the ladder but as every team brawled out the ladder falls and everybody’s down. But Balor and Priest kept dominating.
But the highlight of the match was Tyler Bate picking up Finn Balor along the ladder into an airplane spin knocking Balor and Kingston who tried to pick the opportunity to attack. R-Truth also, gave us a cool moment as he hit Balor with a five kunckle shuffle and an Attitude Adjustment on a ladder. Later R-Truth asks #DIY to go for the RAW Tag-Team Championships and R-Truth and The Miz went for SmackDown tag team championship but Waller and Theory spoiled the party.
Austin Theory and Grayson Waller taking advantage of the chaos won the WWE SmackDown Tag-Team Championships. But, before Theory and Waller could celebrate Waller was sent through a ladder. Again chaos ensued as #DIY and New Catch Republic kept fighting. In the chaos, R-Truth got a chance to win the RAW tag-team championship but JD Mcdonagh comes for the save.
But, New Day absolutely trashed McDonagh sending him throught the table. As Kingston tried to capitalize on the oppurtunity Damian Priest returned and started destroying everybody left to write. But The Miz makes it to the top of the ladder but Priest again comes out on top. But, it was R-Truth who got his WrestleMania moment after winning the RAW tag-team championship for Awesome Truth.
