Top three things Roman Reigns can do on WWE SmackDown amid his return (September 13, 2024)

Roman Reigns is all set to make his return on the 9/13 episode of WWE SmackDown!

Roman Reigns made his long-awaited WWE return at SummerSlam 2024 after four months to attack Solo Sikoa and help Cody Rhodes retain his Undisputed WWE Championship.

Roman appeared on the following SummerSlam fallout episode of SmackDown to confront the new Bloodline in a mission to take his Ula Fala back from Solo, however, Solo escaped with the necklace, but Tonga Loa became a victim to his brutal chair shots.

On the following week on SmackDown, Roman again tried to take the Ula Fala and had it in his neck, until the returning Jacob Fatu attacked Roman for his Tribal Chief Solo Sikoa and broke the announcement table with him to make the statement.

Roman hasn’t made his appearance on WWE since then, however, the USA Network announced that the Original Tribal Chief returns to SmackDown next week on the Season Premiere. Upon announcement, here we take a look at three things Roman Reigns could do on his WWE SmackDown return next week.

3. Returns with Jimmy Uso & Hikuleo

Roman Reigns was taken out by the Bloodline, as there was nobody to have his back. To counter Bloodline’s number game, Roman could return with Jimmy Uso and the debuting Hikuleo. Jimmy Uso’s return and Hikuleo’s debut have been rumored for months and there is no better stage than the season premiere to make it happen. As Solo will be locked inside the steel cage with Cody, Roman with Jimmy Uso and Hikuleo could take on Tama Tonga, Tonga Loa and Jacob Fatu from outside, to stop them interfering from with the match.

2. Reunites the Original Bloodline

Roman Reigns could reunite the Original Bloodline involving Jey Uso, Jimmy Uso and Sami Zayn. Since it is a season premiere show, there is a huge chance that there could be an appearance from the Raw stars on the show or backstage.

At this stage, Roman could return with Jimmy Uso, if the numbers game plays out, he could be backed up by Jey Uso and Sami Zayn based on the advice of Paul Heyman.

1. Screw Solo Sikoa

Roman Reigns could make his return during the main event Undisputed WWE Championship Steel Cage match between Cody Rhodes and Solo Sikoa.

There are a lot of chances that the Bloodline could be involved in the match. To counter Bloodline’s interference, Roman could make his return and assault the Bloodline members and cause Solo Sikoa’s title match, similar to how he screwed his SummerSlam match.
