The former IC champion is currently off WWE TV

Sami Zayn has been missing from WWE television for several weeks since his tragic defeat to Gunther. The Ring General ruined his hopes of winning the World Heavyweight Title, leaving him in mental distress. Following that terrible night, the former Intercontinental Champion disappeared, leaving fans with unanswered questions.

There is a potential that Zayn may make his much-awaited return to RAW tonight. Following the devastating weight of his recent defeat, there has been discussion regarding what comes next for The Underdog. Tonight, the 40-year-old star has many things to do including an emotional confrontation with The Usos, among other possibilities.

So, here are the top three things Sami Zayn can do if he makes his impending return on WWE RAW.

3. Backstage segment with Jey Uso

There is a likelihood that Sami Zayn may confront Jey Uso tonight on the red brand if he returns. Zayn may show dissatisfaction towards The YEET Master after his brief segment with Jimmy Uso after last week’s SmackDown.

Jay’s involvement with The Bloodline and his reunion with Jimmy Uso may be a source of concern for him. The Master Strategist may attempt to persuade Main Event Jey to reconsider his choice, given their past with Roman Reigns and others.

This might spark a significant feud between Sami Zayn and Jey Uso, especially as the OG Bloodline reunion approaches.

Furthermore, this prospective segment might give a fresh depth to Jey and Sami’s treasured relationship, strengthening their dynamic on RAW.

2. Sami Zayn makes an emotional WWE return

If Sami Zayn comes to the show tonight, one of his options is to address the WWE Universe. The 40-year-old may still be suffering from the sad setback, as his World Title hopes fell beneath Gunther’s power. Zayn might get a period in the ring where he can do an emotional promo.

He can convey his dissatisfaction at not being able to meet fans’ expectations. Furthermore, the former Honorary Uce might enter the ring with a blank mind, claiming that he has no idea what the future has for him. This emotional promo may prompt him to take a break from WWE TV to recover from his losing streak on RAW.

1. The Usos meet up with Sami Zayn

Sami Zayn could appear in a significant portion of the show tonight, with The Usos reportedly paying a visit to his locker room.

While Jey Uso may be hesitant to meet Zayn, Jimmy Uso may urge him to at least try. This might result in a spectacular segment between the three stars backstage tonight on RAW.

Jimmy could persuade The Master Strategist to let bygones be bygones and support Roman Reigns in the Bloodline Civil War.

Given his history with Reigns, the Canadian star may be adamantly opposed. After an emotional encounter, The Usos reminded Zayn that he was previously The Honorary Uce, implying he was also a member of their team.
