Top three things to watch out for on WWE RAW (27 May 2024)

This is going to be the first episode of Raw after King and Queen of the Ring PLE.

WWE will be hosting the May 27, 2024 episode of Monday Night Raw live from the EnMarket Arena in Savannah, Georgia, United States. It is the King and Queen of the Ring fallout episode of Raw and is expected to be filled with the continuation of the existing storylines and new challenges focused on building the storyline for the upcoming Clash at the Castle PLE.

As we are just hours away from this week’s WWE Raw, here are the top three things to watch out for on the three-hour show.

3. Braun Strowman’s in-ring return

Braun Strowman last had a match more than a year ago, before taking a hiatus to treat his injuries. Strowman returned at Night 2 of the WWE Draft but hasn’t stepped foot for an in-ring competition yet. Braun Strowman will be making his in-ring return this week on Raw, against JD McDonagh of The Judgement Day. Could the Monster be able to survive the quickness of the Irish Ace, is one to watch out for.

2. Becky Lynch demands a rematch

At King and Queen of the Ring PLE, Becky Lynch lost the Women’s World Championship to Liv Morgan following the interference of Dominik Mysterio. After the match, Becky Lynch yelled at Dominik backstage and said that she was going to meet Adam Pearce demanding a rematch for the Women’s World Championship on Raw. What will be Pearce’s decision to The Man’s request is one to watch out for this week.

1. World Champion is in threat

At WWE King and Queen of the Ring PLE, Gunther won the King of the Ring Tournament Finals to receive a World Championship opportunity at SummerSlam 2024. Gunther will be challenging for the World Heavyweight Championship this Summer, making it a big threat to the current champion, Damian Priest.

Following that, Triple H in a backstage interview announced that Drew McIntyre is medically cleared and announced that he will be facing Damian Priest for the World Heavyweight Championship at Clash at the Castle 2024. Both could be confronting Priest this week to make him aware that he & his championship is under a great threat. What will be Priest’s mindset after witnessing his next two threats is one to watch out for.
