Uncle Howdy met Bo Dallas on this week’s RAW.

The wrestling world was abuzz last Monday as The Wyatt Sicks made their jaw-dropping debut, creating chaos and delivering on their promise of a massacre to close out WWE Raw. After an eventful SmackDown with increased security measures, fans were eager to see what the group had in store for the Superstars of WWE on Monday night.

This recap highlights the top three things we loved and hated about a show filled with Money in the Bank qualifiers, women’s tag team action, and the unstoppable Bron Breakker’s latest in-ring exploits.

Loved: Chad Gable’s triumphant win

Chad Gable’s triumph in the Money in the Bank qualifying was a memorable occasion. Gable advanced to the ladder match after defeating Braun Strowman and Bronson Reed. Despite the intervention from The Judgment Day, which removed Strowman from the equation, Gable’s tenacity and talent were on full show. His win was a result of his hard work and determination, and it was exciting to see him get a well-deserved chance.

Hated: Disqualification finish in Breakker vs Kaiser

Bron Breakker met Ludwig Kaiser in a singles match, following up on their meeting the previous week. While Kaiser shined and dominated most of the play, the conclusion left much to be desired. As Kaiser attempted to slam Breakker’s skull into the ring steps, Sheamus intervened, resulting in a disqualification. Breakker then used a Spear to stop Sheamus’ powerbomb attempt, bringing the sequence to a close on a positive tone.

The meddling made logical given the scenario, but the disqualification result was disappointing. Fans wanted to see a clean ending to highlight Breakker’s domination. While the part progressed the simmering dispute, it failed to provide Breakker with a conclusive triumph.

Loved: Liv Morgan’s compelling promo

Liv Morgan’s commercial was one of the night’s highlights. The Women’s World Champion confidently addressed the WWE Universe and continued her feud with Dominik Mysterio. Her connection with Zelina Vega led to a prospective championship battle, which added depth to her character. Morgan’s promo was fascinating, highlighting her improvement on the mike and ability to engage the crowd. It also maintained an interesting plot about Dominik, keeping people interested in her quest.

Hated: Women’s Tag Team match ending

The non-title women’s tag team bout between Katana Chance and Kayden Carter and champions Isla Dawn and Alba Fyre showed promise but was ruined by a disappointing ending. While the battle itself was great, Damage CTRL’s post-match onslaught seemed redundant. The women’s tag team division requires new and engaging stories; returning to existing rivalries is not the answer. The segment lacked innovation and accomplished little to advance the champions or their rivals.

Loved: The Wyatt 6 segment

The Wyatt Sick6 segment was a fascinating and eerie highlight. Uncle Howdy’s interview with Bo Dallas was intriguing, adding depth to their storyline. Dallas, portraying both the interviewee and Howdy, brought a mysterious and compelling energy to the segment. The video left fans with a sense of anticipation and curiosity about the future direction of The Wyatt Sick6, making it a memorable part of the show.

Hated: Kofi Kingston vs Karrion Kross match

This WWE RAW match lacked the energy that fans expected from these two great superstars. The commercial break broke the flow, and the match itself felt underwhelming. The narrative between Kingston and Kross, which involves the manipulation of Xavier Woods, has promise but has not been performed well. The hushed crowd reflected the creative team’s difficulty in persuading viewers to invest in Kross and his companions, causing the segment to fall flat.
