‘The OTC’ is all set to appear on WWE SmackDown tonight
Roman Reigns‘ days as a full-time WWE performer are over, and “The Head of the Table” now works a much-reduced schedule as a special attraction. However, as WWE continues to add layers to The Bloodline narrative, Reigns appears to play a significant role.
WWE’s YouTube channel has announced Reigns for this week’s “WWE SmackDown” from Greenville, South Carolina, where he pledges to “sound off” after the events of Bad Blood. With Reigns seeking to expand the Bloodline angle, his segment will probably feature Jimmy Uso, who made a surprising comeback on Saturday.
During the main event tag team match, Uso entered at ringside undetected and unleashed superkicks on Tama Tonga and Tanga Loa, indicating his alliance with “Original Tribal Chief” Reigns. The night after WrestleMania 40, Uso was written off TV for allegedly selling an attack by The Bloodline’s surviving members.
But before this, Roman Reigns tweeted something that has made fans wonder. Normally, the WWE Universe is used to “Acknowledge” the OTC, but Roman recently tweeted, “Tonight, We Acknowledge Him,” setting speculations on fire.

Who could be the ‘him’ Roman Reigns referring to in his tweet?
After this tweet went viral fans have been making speculation on whom The “Original Tribal Chief” could be talking about. With The Rock making his return at WWE Bad Blood 2024, many fans believe it can be The Rock, Reigns is trying to say, but in his return at WWE Bad Blood 2024, we could see The Rock’s distaste for Roman Reigns teaming with Cody Rhodes.
Also, after the match in a fan video, Solo Sikoa could be saying, it was all “part of the plan”, so, there is very little chance that Roman is trying to talk about the Rock.
Also, Jimmy Uso made his return to align himself with Roman Reigns in their ongoing battle with the Bloodline, but with Roman already aligned with Jimmy Uso, this also doesn’t seem to align with Roman Reigns Acknowledging someone.

But, the only man that comes to mind is “The Wiseman”, Paul Heyman. Roman reigns have always credited that “The Tribal Chief” wouldn’t be there if it wasn’t for The Wiseman. so, it seems like Roman has potentially teased the return of Paul Heyman who was destroyed by the rogue Bloodline some months back. since, then he hasn’t been seen on WWE TV.
These are all speculations though but if any of the above is happening fans are definitely gonna love the angle WWE would try to build.
So, fans what do you think that WWE is really planning for this week’s SmackDown? Will Paul Heyman or The Rock return or Roman just simply want to show how much it meant for him that Jimmy Uso returned and helped him out at WWE Bad Blood 2024? So, let us know in the comments section.
