Jey Uso is all set to face Bron Breakker for the IC title next week on Raw!

WWE held the #1 Contenders tournament on Raw recently to determine the next challenger for Bron Breakker’s Intercontinental Championship title. Jey Uso participated in the tournament, where he managed to defeat Kofi Kingston and Karrion Kross in the first round.

He also went on to defeat Pete Dunne, Ilja Dragunov and Braun Strowman in the finals to become the #1 Contender for Bron Breakker’s Intercontinental title.

At this stage, WWE has officially announced that Jey will finally have his hard-earned match against Bron next week on the September 23, 2024 episode of Raw. Ahead of the big title match next week, here we take a look at five possible finishes for the match.

5. Bron Breakker makes Jey Uso unconscious

Bron Breakker could make Jey Uso go unconscious during the match, similar to how he ended his match against Ilja Dragunov. Breakker making Jey go unconscious, but continuing his assault on him could result in Ilja Dragunov making the save, who recently had a conversation with Jey backstage and showed off respect. With both Jey and Ilja having a similar kind of finish against Bron, this could result in a triple-threat match for the title in the upcoming events.

4. Jey wins by disqualification

Bron Breakker is one of the most dangerous wrestlers, who is hard to control when he loses his mind. Bron has a history of attacking his opponents with the steel steps outside the ring to stop them from crossing his path. Similarly, Bron could attack Jey with the steel steps to disqualify himself. This would give Jey the win, however Breakker will retain his Intercontinental title. This could extend their rivalry, resulting in sequel matches in the upcoming events.

3. Jey Uso wins the Intercontinental title

Bron Breakker took the rivalry personally with Jey Uso involving both their families, saying that none of Jey’s family had bet their family members in the past. As this became more personal, Jey would risk his body on the line to capture the title. Bron never faced Jey before, and he might have no idea what he is capable of. At this stage, Jey could pull out a surprise win and could dethrone Breakker to win his first singles championship.

2. Bron Breakker retains the title

Bron has just won the title and is in the initial stage of his title reign. WWE making Breakker lose the title this soon could spoil his dominant run on the main roster. As the stakes are on Breakker, he could spear Jey back to back and retain the Intercontinental title.

1. The Judgment Day interferes

Jey is not only involved in the IC title rivalry with Bron but also has been having a big unfinished business with The Judgment Day. Jey is currently aligned with Damian Priest & Rhea Ripley of the Terror Twins and has been having their back against Judgment Day. At this stage, Judgment Day could ruin Jey Uso’s title match by interference and distraction, resulting in Jey losing the match.
