The 2024 Clash at the Castle PLE carries great anticipation

WWE Clash at the Castle 2024 is an upcoming PLE, which is all set to be held this weekend on June 15, 2024, from the OVO Hydro in Glasgow, Scotland. It is one of the most anticipated PLEs in recent times and is expected to be one of the greatest WWE events in the UK.

WWE booked some of the highly interesting matches for the show to make fans go biting their nails. With just days away, here are five things that must happen at the Clash at the Castle 2024 PLE.

5. Bianca Belair & Jade Cargill must retain the title

Bianca Belair & Jade Cargill will be defending their tag team titles on the line in a Triple Threat Tag Team Match against the team of Alba Fyre & Isla Dawn and the team of Shayna Baszler & Zoey Stark. This is the first time the tag team champions are defending their title in a three-way match. Although all the teams have a marginal advantage, Belair and Jade Cargill must retain the tag team title.

4. AJ Styles must take Cody Rhodes to the limit

Cody Rhodes will be defending his Undisputed WWE Championship against AJ Styles in an “I Quit” match. Styles pulled out a retirement drama to get the title shot from Cody, indirectly proving how important the title is for Styles. He should push Cody to the limit, by trying everything possible to win the title, no matter what the result is. If the match is not the show stealer, then there is no point in AJ Styles’ fake retirement drama.

3. Alpha Academy must turn on Chad Gable

Sami Zayn will be defending his Intercontinental Championship against Chad Gable in a singles match with the Alpha Academy members in the ring. Gable has been through a long pursuit for the IC title, which turned him heel in the process. Master Gable has been bullying his own Academy members and ill-treating them. Sami Zayn tried to explain to the Academy members, but it didn’t turn out well in the last three weeks. However, Otis and fellow Academy members must finally turn their back on Gable at Clash at the Castle, helping Sami to retain the title.

2. CM Punk must show up

CM Punk is currently recovering from his tricep tear and has started his gym session for his return. Punk previously teased on the microphone that he might possibly show up at Clash at the Castle in Glasgow for Drew McIntyre. Since McIntyre will be having the World title match against Damian Priest, Punk must show up and should somehow get himself involved in the world title match.

1. Drew McIntyre must win the World title

Drew McIntyre will be facing Damian Priest for the World Heavyweight Championship at Clash at the Castle in his hometown Glasgow, Scotland. He will be fighting in front of his family, friends and homies on the town. Last time when Drew got his family to the event, ‘WrestleMania 40 Night 2’, Damian Priest cashed in his contract to take the title from Drew. With Judgment Day barred from ringside & with the hometown advantage, Drew must take his revenge on Priest and get his title back.
