Two more matches announced on WWE RAW
WWE RAW at Madison Square Garden delivered one of the most stacked episodes of the year, fitting for John Cena’s final night on the red brand.
The show featured major surprises, big-name returns, a title change, and crucial announcements that now expand the WWE Survivor Series: War Games 2025 card with two new marquee matches.
Dominik Mysterio demands his rematch, and John Cena accepts his challenge for WWE Survivor Series

The night opened with John Cena addressing the New York crowd, but Dominik Mysterio cut him off before he could speak.
Dom made it clear he wanted his Intercontinental Championship rematch, but this time under his own conditions.
While Cena was ready to wrestle then and there, Mysterio insisted the rematch take place in his hometown of San Diego at Survivor Series.
John Cena agreed, but promised MSG that he would compete on his final RAW. A tense showdown followed as Judgment Day’s Finn Balor and JD McDonagh backed up Dom, only for Rey Mysterio and Sheamus to join Cena.
The confrontation erupted into a six-man tag match that the babyfaces ultimately won. WWE later confirmed John Cena vs Dominik Mysterio for the Intercontinental Championship as one of the official new additions to the Survivor Series card.
Nikki Bella vs Stephanie Vaquer also confirmed for WWE Survivor Series
Another major match was set when Nikki Bella jumped Stephanie Vaquer in a backstage attack. The newly turned heel made her intentions clear; she didn’t return to play a supporting role.
She returned to reclaim the championship she believes she helped elevate. Bella demanded a Women’s Championship match at Survivor Series.
Vaquer didn’t verbally accept in the moment, but WWE announced the match as official before RAW went off the air, adding another high-profile showdown to an already loaded event.
Meanwhile, the episode ended with chaos as Roman Reigns and Brock Lesnar returned to finalize the men’s WarGames teams.
With 25 world titles between the ten competitors, the match promises to be one of the most star-studded in WarGames history.
WWE also confirmed that the WarGames advantage match will take place on the October 24 RAW, though the participants remain unknown.
Next week’s RAW will also host two quarterfinal matches in the Last Time Is Now Tournament, adding even more stakes to an already intense November stretch.
