Vince McMahon's new venture revealed amid rumors of buying back WWE

Vince McMahon registered three limited liability companies in Connecticut!
Amid rumors swirling around that WWE co-founder Vince McMahon is interested in buying back the company from TKO (WWE & UFC parent company), a report has emerged revealing details about his new venture.
According to a recent report by Wrestlenomics, the public filings show that McMahon registered three limited liability companies in Connecticut back on September 20, 2024.
Vince McMahon has launched a new business venture, forming an investment firm called 14TH & I, pursuing opportunities in sports, media, and entertainment.
The report reveals that all three entities were originally created in Delaware and share the same principal office address in Stamford, Connecticut. Vince McMahon is listed as the managing member of two of them, while 14TH & I Holdings is designated as a member of the remaining entities
The three LLC’s are listed below:
- 14TH & I Holdings LLC
- 14TH & I Investments LLC
- 14TH & I Management LLC
The report further notes that, “Having three separate LLCs may be a way to keep different parts of the business—like owning assets, managing investments, and running operations—legally and financially separate.”
Former WWE executive and close associate of Vince McMahon, Brad Blum, is identified as the President of 14TH & I, as per his verified LinkedIn profile. According to Blum’s LinkedIn profile, the firm is described as follows:
“14th & I is a private investment firm focused on the sports, media, & entertainment sectors,” is how Blum’s profile describes the company. “We are a disciplined, flexible, long-term capital and strategic partner, primarily targeting buyouts/majority deals, as well as selective growth-oriented minority investments. We seek to partner with and empower exceptional management teams, providing deep expertise, capability, and relationships to help drive significant long-term value.”
Wrestlenomics further notes that the name of the firm appears to be a location of historical significance for Vince and the Stamford-based promotion. A 2006 article on WWE.com noted that the Capitol Wrestling Corporation, the predecessor to WWE, had its headquarters located at the corner of 14th and I Streets in Washington, D.C., around the 1950s and 1960s, when the company was owned by McMahon’s father, Vincent J. McMahon.
Two related trademark applications submitted on August 23, 2024, are still under review by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office. Additionally, there is currently no clarity that 14TH & I is engaging in any wrestling-related business.
Vince McMahon left WWE in January 2024
The former co-founder and CEO, resigned as WWE CEO and chairman in June 2022, following claims of hush-money agreements over affairs with former WWE employees. He later returned to the promotion in early 2023 to facilitate the sale of the company.
In 2023, WWE was merged with the UFC (Ultimate Fighting Championship) to form the TKO group by their parent company, Endeavor Group Holdings in April. McMahon returned to serve as the executive chairman of the newly merged company, TKO Group Holdings (TKO).
Vince later resigned from his position at TKO Group in January 2024 following allegations of trafficking and assault. The TKO deal is the first time that the promotion is not entirely owned and operated by the McMahon family.
Recently, a rumor picked up steam about McMahon’s interest in buying back the company. However, it was later revealed and confirmed by multiple reports that the rumor is false, as Masked J of PW Nexus noted on X (Twitter) that TKO is uninterested in selling a sports entertainment giant, with one source laughing at the idea of McMahon trying to purchase the company.
