Long time employee addresses Vince McMahon’s status with WWE
Vince McMahon is one of the biggest business heads, who has been owning WWE since the 1980’s with Titan Sports. Last year, McMahon sold the shares to Endeavour and merged the company with it to form TKO Groups. With that Endeavour owns the maximum share with 51% and WWE now owns 49% and became the Executive Chairman of the Merger.
However, his new role didn’t last too long as he got accused of a couple of allegations of selling the shares illegally and a sexual allegation from an ex-WWE employee Ms. Janel Grant. This made McMahon step down from his positions from both WWE and TKO Groups. It made the company free from the McMahon family and was nowhere seen and didn’t got mentioned in WWE television again. Now a former WWE employee addressed Mr.McMahon’s status with WWE.
Vince McMahon isn’t allowed inside WWE Headquarters
In a recent interview with The Insider’s Podcast of F4WOnline/Wrestling Observer, a former long time WWE employee Tom Carlucci revealed the current state of Vince McMahon. Carlucci said that Vince McMahon is banned from WWE Headquarters and not even the gym, which he created.
Tom Carlucci said,
“He can’t even walk in the building. That’s crazy that you drive by that building, you got the big championship belt, he always wanted those from day one, Conrad. Cause we were in two different buildings, you had the corporate office off exit nine, and then we’re right down the street from the corporate office, our big production studio. He always wanted us under one roof. That was his dream to have us under one roof. The dream came and he’s not even a part of it anymore.”
“The gym was created for Vince. He designed the gym with his trainer Mike, who I know really well. He can’t even go in that gym anymore. He can’t step foot anywhere. Every meeting that goes on over there, everybody asks, ‘Is Vince coming?’ ‘You’ll never see Vince here again,’ from the TKO people.”
He continued saying that everyone buried Vince McMahon during WrestleMania weekend. He mentioned Paul Heyman’s Hall of Fame Speech, and claimed that half the guy without Vince would have not made money and there would be no WrestleMania without him, but his legacy is buried and is being alone. He doesn’t know much about Vince’s personal life, but all Carlucci believes is that Vince is alone now.
