The 2024 WWE SummerSlam PLE could be one of the grandest events
WWE is all set to host the 2024 SummerSlam Premium Live Event on August 3, 2024, from the Cleveland Browns Stadium in Cleveland, Ohio. This is one of the most anticipated events and the second biggest event of the company behind WrestleMania. This year’s SummerSlam marks the 37th anniversary of the event and with this, it becomes the third longest-running event of WWE following WrestleMania and Survivor Series.
There are high stakes for the show, the show is expected to be a grand success and could break several records including the gateway attendance & ticket sales. Ahead of the event this Saturday, a sneak peek of the SummerSlam venue has been released and here is the first look at it.
WWE SummerSlam 2024 setup
WWE on the July 29, 2024 episode of Monday Night Raw gave a sneak peek of the 2024 WWE SummerSlam 2024 stage setup from the Cleveland Browns Arena in Cleveland, Ohio, United States. This is the third stadium event of WWE in 2024, after Elimination Chamber and WrestleMania 40. Since it is the NFL stadium, the venue is quite huge and feels similar to the WrestleMania 40 setup. Four pillars have been raised on the ringside to set the roof over the square circle.
The venue is reported to have a seating capacity of 67,431. A titration is placed over the entrance ramp as a default, however it seems quite small for the giant venue. We can expect a curved entranceway to the ring. WWE has sold a total of 48,595 tickets for the show so far, however, a total of around 60,000 live audiences is expected to be at the attendance for the show. The weather seems cloudy, and it seems like the weather could be a factor during the show.
