We are not brothers: JBL hits out at Byron Saxton; WWE SmackDown GM Adam Pearce reacts

John Bradshaw Layfield is one of the veteran professional wrestlers, who is a retired professional wrestler and commentator. JBL is a 34-time champion in WWE, who was a one time WWE Champion.
He is better known for his team Acolytes Protection Agency (APA) with former Nation of Domination leader Farooq, later the cowboy gimmick with a hat, limousine car and for being a locker room bully. JBL character is a great mid-card heel, who uses cheap tricks to secure the win.
JBL after a 17-year-long in-ring career retired in 2009 and switched into a commentator. But still continued to carry his villainous role in the commentary. JBL stepped out of WWE Commentary in 2017 and came back in late 2022 to manage Baron Corbin (Happy Corbin), but he soon went off television after splitting with Baron Corbin.
JBL reacts to Byron Saxton’s tweet
Byron Saxton on X (fka Twitter) posted a couple of selfies with John Bradshaw Layfield (JBL) at the WrestleMania 40 venue Lincoln Financial Field, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He also wrote that he is having a quality time with his brother from another mother, John Bradshaw Layfield.
JBL wrote, “One of the most enjoyable aspects of WrestleMania was getting to spend quality time with my brother from a different mother. Thanks for hanging with me @JCLayfield!”
To which Layfield replied, that the moment was not enjoyable and they are not brothers from different mothers, same mother or any other mother. Layfield wrote, “This was not enjoyable and we are not brothers from different mothers, same mother or any other mother.”
Byron Saxton is a former professional wrestler, who transformed into commentator and ring announcer. He is currently on the backstage announcement team. Saxton has been a commentator, ring announcer and backstage host since 2012.
Saxton has worked with Michael Cole, Bradhaw, Booker T, Jerry Lawler, Mauro Ranallo and other iconic commentators. Saxton carried an innocent commentator role, where he is often bullied by fellow heel characters.
JBL and Saxton were co-commentators in 2016, where Saxton was started to get bullied by villainous JBL, Corey Graves and Kevin Owens during the commentary and during the backstage segments. It seems like JBL has not forgotten the past and bullied him again.
