Dominik Mysterio will no longer be a threat for Liv Morgan vs Rhea Ripley match!

Liv Morgan and Rhea Ripley have a long-time rivalry and the storyline came a long way through when Liv Morgan started her revenge tour to take everything from Ripley.

Liv took her World title, her on-screen boyfriend Dominik Mysterio and her faction Judgment Day. This resulted in Rhea Ripley & Damian Priest getting kicked out of the faction, by betrayal at SummerSlam 2024.

The betrayal resulted in a mixed tag team match between the team of Rhea & Damian vs Liv Morgan & Dominik at Bash in Berlin, where Ripley pinned Liv to secure the win. After pinning the champ, Ripley appeared on the following week’s Raw and called for a rematch for the title saying that she was ready to face her anytime, anywhere resulting in a brawl.

On the September 09, 2024, episode of WWE Raw, WWE officially announced that Liv Morgan will be defending her Women’s World Championship against Rhea in a singles match at the 2024 Bad Blood PLE. Now a new stipulation is added to the match on Raw and here is everything you need to know about the stipulation.

New stipulation for Liv Morgan vs Rhea Ripley match

On the September 23, 2024, episode of WWE Raw, Liv Morgan and Dominik Mysterio kicked-off the show. Morgan during the segment addressed their post-match attack on Priest & Ripley. Liv said that everything is going as per her Revenge Tour and it will repeat at Bad Blood, as she will defeat Rhea Ripley to retain the Women’s World Championship with Dominik Mysterio in his corner.

Rhea interrupted them and Dom stood face to face with her. Liv claimed that Dom would have stood with her still if she showed half of the care that she showed for Damian Priest.

Liv claimed that Dom would be in her corner, but Ripley cut her off, saying that Dominik would no longer be an issue for their match at Bad Blood, as he would be locked inside the Shark Cage and would be hanging on the air during the match, which she confirmed with Adam Pearce. Ripley says that with nobody in her corner, Liv will lose the title and headbutt Liv.

After the segment, Liv & Dom met Pearce and asked why he added the stipulation to lock Dom high over the ring in the Shark cage. To which Pearce replied that Dom interfered in almost every Women’s World Championship match this year and doesn’t want the repeat of the same stint. Although Liv and Dom asked to lift the stipulation, Pearce didn’t change his mind and confirmed it for Bad Blood.

According to the new stipulation, Dominik Mysterio will be locked inside a Shark Cage and the cage will be lifted 15 feet high over the ring, to avoid him from interfering with the match. With Dom being locked, he will not be able to be involved in the match until he escapes the cage. Will this favor Ripley to regain her Women’s World Championship?
