WWE SmackDown is all set to make its return to the USA Network after five years!

WWE SmackDown is one of the flagship weekly television shows hosted by WWE since 1999. The show is primarily held and telecasted on Friday Nights, thus earning the name Friday Night SmackDown since 2019.

It is one of the record-breaking two-hour pro-wrestling events worldwide and has produced some iconic moments in the show on Fox Network.

In September 2023, WWE signed a new deal with USA Network for a mighty $1.4 billion, which ends the deal with the Fox Network, which previously paid USD 1 billion in 2019 for SmackDown broadcasting. The blue brand is on its final tenure with its current home, however, the official date of moving to the new home (USA Network) has been officially announced. Here is everything you need to know about SmackDown’s return to the USA Network.

When is SmackDown going to USA Network?

The blue brand had a five-year-long tenure with Fox Network starting from October 2019 and produced some of the record-breaking shows for the blue brand in the last five years. With this, the USA Network will be home to Raw, SmackDown and NXT until NXT moves to the CW Network on October 1, 2024.
