Who can become next face of WWE SmackDown if Roman Reigns moves to RAW? Exploring the possibilities

Roman Reigns has been the face of the Blue Brand for years
WWE superstar Roman Reigns got his win against The Bloodline at Survivor Series 2024. But, since the news of the transfer window, we might see Roman Reigns going to the red brand.
Many might not like Roman Reigns being considered a face as Cody Rhodes is our current Undisputed WWE Champion. But, since Reigns has been the needle mover, so he is better considered as the face of the brand.
With WWE RAW going to Netflix we can expect The OTC to move to RAW with WWE making this big move to the online streaming giants.
So, let’s look at three faces that can become the face of WWE SmackDown if Roman Reigns & even Cody Rhodes make their move to WWE RAW.
3. Damian Priest
Damian Priest is presently feuding with Balor and brawling with The Judgment Day. Priest appears to have reignited his feud with Balor. Balor assaulted Priest during his bout with Gunther at Survivor Series: WarGames.
Priest responded by striking Balor for interfering. Following a disappointing loss in Survivor Series: WarGames, Priest brawled with his former colleagues in Judgment Day’s parking lot. However, we should anticipate the former World Champion to return to WWE SmackDown following his rivalry with The Judgement Day.
2. Gunther
The December 6 broadcast of Friday Night SmackDown featured the Survivor Series fallout show, as the last PLE of 2024 was completed on November 30 at the Rogers Arena. In the program, Michael Cole from the commentary booth revealed that the three brands are working together to rebuild the Raw, SmackDown and NXT rosters.
He highlighted that the planned transfer will considerably change things up “in a major way” before the Red brand transitions to Netflix. Later in the show, World Heavyweight Champion Gunther arrived backstage and spoke with Blue Brand’s General Manager Nick Aldis. There is a huge chance that Gunther will come to the blue brand.
1. Drew McIntyre
Drew McIntyre made his WWE return this past week on WWE RAW attacking Sami Zayn & unleashing his fury on The Bloodline. So, we can expect him to stay on the red brand till the Bloodline members be on RAW. But, with the looks of it, this feud will intensify & someone of McIntyre’s stature can be a great addition to the blue brand.
It would be interesting to see how WWE books Drew McIntyre during the transfer but he is one of the best faces that could be part of the blue brand as the face.
