Larry’s name was on the bracelet that Drew McIntyre took from ‘The Best in the World’
Drew McIntyre has now clearly set his sights on CM Punk. After hammering the Second City Saint in his hometown of Chicago on SmackDown, McIntyre continued to mock him on Monday Night RAW.
From that point forward, The Scottish Psychopath’s personal assaults became more vicious, as he included Punk’s wife, AJ Lee, and his dog in his WWE promos, Larry. He removed a bracelet from his pocket that belonged to CM Punk and hurled it in front of the camera.
“This is worth about 50 cents, no real meaning, but I know this is priceless for you, as this bears the name of your wife, and your stupid looking dog. You wear this when you leave your home, so you don’t feel alone. But you are alone Punk right now, and you are in pain,” he said.
At Summerslam CM Punk got a chance to redeem himself but again his frustration with Seth Rollins caused him a huge loss on the hands of Drew McIntyre.
McIntyre brought in Punk’s wife and puppy since Punk is known to have a unique and special bond with his dog. CM Punk has previously written about his dog’s condition, after the canine was injured as a consequence of Punk’s real-life backstage altercation with Kenny Omega and Jack Perry at an AEW event in 2021.
Everything we know about Larry
CM Punk discussed his dog, Larry Talbutt, in a YouTube video from 2021. He had stated that he had adopted the dog from an agency. He explained that he and his wife were scanning images of dogs from agencies one night when his wife handed him a picture of Larry. “And I just said Yes, that’s the one,” Punk said. The next day, he went to the agency, completed the paperwork, and returned the puppy to their home.
“Larry has got three dozen names, He’s Larry, bobo, baba, bobo. He’s a bit of a wild man, he’s a bit of a wolf man. I believe that his mood changes on the basis of phases of the moon.” Punk described Larry as being lively, running about, and becoming enthusiastic as he attempts to match the energy of the room.
Punk stated that Larry does not like many people around him, which is understandable given that he and his wife do not like many people too. “He’s a fantastic fit for our home. “He is just a sour-patch kid, and it all depends on his mood,” Punk said. He also stated that he is confident that if he and his wife had not rescued Larry, Larry would not have survived this long.
Finally, Punk stated that Larry brings him and his wife enormous delight. He mentioned that what Larry brought them was something they couldn’t have found in any other canine.
